It's not lag. It's some kind of a bug when you play on stable with the experimental client or vice versa. Happened to my friend once. Dude was laying in the unconscious position while sprinting around and he could aim and shoot without the animation changing. -
Dayz doesn't cater to lazy bitches. During next nine months the game will get harder and things are going to require effort. Don't want to run? Lay down and die.

Ha! Your idea. Players keep moving around. And hardly no one sticks around to villages, towns and cities unless it's something like Berezino where there's pretty much always someone. I doubt majority of people use roads anyway. So therefore, leaving random items in to a random spot on a road in front of a town with bandits sounds nice. But it's pointless.

I wish people would stop calling the tacticool combo "geared up" like it was in some dayz dictionary or something. -
That would make absolutely no sense in the context of Dayz. "Hey you can't believe the shit I went through to get this stuff. There were zombies everywhere and a couple of survivors came in shooting and I almost got killed . Anyway, here, I'll just mail it to you."

The thing is, I started playing the mod about two years ago. And the last time I played it, was about 14 months ago. And there has never been a time as far as I remember that everyone didn't try to kill each other. Literally the first time I died in Dayz, ever, was when I was freshpawn. I ran on the train tracks between Elektro and Cherno, I stopped to look around, accidentally hit the salute button and someone shot me in the head. The spirit of dayz for my own account has always been what it is now.

I sure hope not. You already got drums and extended mags for assault rifles. We don't need belt fed machineguns in a survival game.

Page up to zero up, page down to zero down. You can probably find good tutorials in youtube that explain how it works.
