I've always played hardcore until now that there are no hardcore servers on experimental. And 4/5 times when I meet someone, I shoot them in the face. So I wouldn't know. :P

Wasting bullets on zombies? You can practically one hit kill a zombie with a brass knuckle.

I never really figured out why they were in the game in the first place. When it comes to testing masks, adding a hockey mask would have been more logical. .

Yeah, apparently you're doing something wrong, because hitting a zombie in the head with fists even in the current experimental build is still relatively easy. Graphic designers should immediately drop what they are doing and concentrate on doing something that they are probably not qualified to work on? That's not how development works. -

This. I think the problem has to be from your side if you can't hear footsteps because that's one of the only things I have never had a problem with.

It's aiming to be authentic survival game in eastern europe and you want field clothes of british army in it? I hope not. I wish they'd even replace the UK assault vest with Czech and Russian stuff. And concentrate on more casual civilian clothes.

I don't know what causes it but it's a known bug as far as I'm aware. Not being able to hear someone take a shot next to you, that is. You're supposed to be able to fix it by opening the console somehow and typing in "flush". But I haven't been able to get the console to work at any point.

Really? It's that real of a pain in the ass for you to find a screwdiver, a bayonet, a knife, a chopping axe, a fireaxe or a can opener before you starve to death? Not to mention potatoes, apples, kiwis, oranges, bananas, tomatoes, zucchinis, powdered milk, canned tuna and bunch of other shit that doesn't even require an opener. Dayz Stand-alone is a stand-alone version of the a mod originally created for Arma 2. -

Ran on the train tracks near Prigorodki in the mod, pressed some random keys and ended up doing a salute stance. Got instantly shot in the head. About two years ago.

My friend got almost killed by a hacker but probably killed him in the process, a week ago. He was skinning a pig on a field next to Dubky, when suddenly this dude appeared few meters away from him in the middle of the field. The dude moved towards my friend while floating in the air and lagging backwards. Then he opened fire on my friend and my friend broke his legs. My friend managed to pull out his makarov and empty a mag into the guy. Who then dissappeared, I ran to the scene from Staroye and my friend patched himself up. We never saw the dude again.
