  1. You sir, have my beans
  2. but your eyes in real life would see more detail than the game can render, so letting you zoom in lets you see more detail. its mainly meant to see detail at long range
  3. Did you even read the other 5 replys to why people say it should be in? did you even think before you commented? Now, I think you should go back, and slowly read the entire page before the one you commented on, and then the entire page you commented on. Just to see why people think it should stay. (notice How I am not insulting you,Using sarcastic sentences to make you feel stupid, or any other means to make you feel bad)
  4. Thats not a crutch, thats simulating being able to see detail at range that you could irl but not ingame because of the way the engine handles long ranges
  5. but then wouldnt your view of the ground infront of you be obstructed? (by the way, I prefer first person but understand where all the third person people are coming from because currently im using third person until the fix all the clipping issues with first person)
  6. Wouldnt locking it to head height not make much difference? because if they look down the camera goes up, so then they can look over walls.
  7. mainly when im ADS and moving around my view clips into my body all the time, and it happens sometimes when im not in ADS too, so until thats fixed I just use third person
  8. Right now I think TPV NEEDS to stay in. there are too many glitches in first person right now, I this one affects thrid person users too, but its the main reason I dont use first person, when you move certain ways, ADS or not, your camera clips into some part of the player model almost completely blocking your view, which could be disastrous in combat

The combat logging is terrible in this game

ive experienced what you describe as "Disconnect as soon as they die after engaging with you which prevents looting" and I dont think that is the case. The other day me and my friend were looting balota and I was on the very top of the ATC tower (thats what we call it the aircraft control tower looking building) and I suddenly just died, and so did all my friends, we assumed it was a hacker. Now what im getting to, is before we left the you are dead screen we waited to make sure our bodys wouldnt despawn but sure enough as soon as we got back to our bodys they were gone (we both got balota spawns) so I think that problem isnt really people intentionally disconnecting fast so their bodys despawn like in the mod but I think its a problem with the game right now
