It's meant to be difficult. You like everything about it except the main purpose - to make it difficult to survive.

I've fired a mosin right next to my friend's head and he didn't hear anything. I'm not trying to be rude here, but if we take it for what it's worth, then it's important to note that until the aforementioned lack of registry for gunshot sounds is completely fixed.

They need to add subsonic ammunition, IMHO. That would make the suppressor infinitely more useful, assuming it actually did anything.
