  1. Thanks and if you ever play on our servers and find UN head gear. Find the nearest UN patrol and they will reward you for trading them with us :)

don't trust the blue helmets, they really want your guns so they can take your freedom!!! you see the statement I quoted? the reward they will give you is a bullet to the back of the head!!!

  2. One thing is for certain though.

Dayz needs a backstory and origin quick.

    OK here it is.

It all started when the hit show Sanford and son was released in chenarus. It became popular so quickly that the citizens of chenarus became obsessed with making their country look like a junkyard. They spent so much time spreading their crappy loot around that they quit paying attention to their children. Their children, being normal unsupervised teenagers, started smearing their poop on every building they could. Soon the poopsmearing hit epic proportions, and mutated a nasty tetanus virus that had been spreading due to the countries fred Sanford decor, and created the crazy infected cannibals.

  3. Well then you must be like player magnet talizman or something.

Or maybe better spotter than me, who knows, maybe I am actually passing by other players and didnt even notice them and they are not noticing me and I don't even know.

I see most people before they spot me so they pass by me without even knowing I'm there. but I strictly play first person servers so its easier to hide.

  4. That's why there was AS50 (anti material sniper rifle) to keep "population" of helicopters in check.

I never kinda could get it why it was removed from game, it was only thing that kept this overpowered helicopters in check.

I am staying away from hot spots while playing on 50/50 pop servers and I didn't saw single other player in like forever. You must be in the forests around hot spots to bump into other players really.

I mostly stay to the northwest part of the map.

  5. There are plenty of "wilderness" areas on the map. It is just that nobody actually goes to them.

Untouched fields, forests, hills, anything that isn't developed is a "wilderness area". Take away the fields that surround towns and roads, and you still have a significant number of square kilometers of wilderness.

Everyone runs to the edges of the map. Don't do that. There are plenty of forests I've gotten lost in on the map. Take a walk through the birch forests along the northern edge, or the wooden mountains of the west. Or, brave the forbidding dells of the Black Forest, which, including the mountain range to the south, give you a rough 1/3-1/4 of the map, where I have personally spent two weeks on a full-pop public server, and not seen a soul.

I live strictly in the forests and never step foot in the cities, but I still run into people frequently, and nomatter how deep into the forest I go a town or village is never far away. If there were enough forests I would be able to disappear into the forest and it would be a long trip to get to the closest town/village.

  6. Oh another game dev expert. Go on kid tell me that firt you add stuff and then you fix it.

Well compared to you I'm a game dev expert

Since you are so much fucking smarter than the rest of us why don't you tell us why its better to fix stuff that will get broken later when more features are added? Last time I checked wasting time fixing stuff that's gonna possibly be broken again later is a waste of time and money and it slows down development.

  7. Ok, we clearly will not come to some sort of agreement on this.

That is because you have no clue what you are talking about? What you are saying is the equivalent of doing a full frame off restoration on a classic car and painting it before you do any bodywork or tearing the car down.

  8. Ok. Yea. Let's force players to survive for DAYS before finding weapons or supplies. But, God forbid you have to swim to shore from an island to survive.

    Silly me.

Well, that is the point of the game. It's not supposed to be quick or easy to find guns/supplies.

  9. People will never leave it...

The geared players will hang out there waiting for the fresh spawns, and the fresh spawns will constantly suicide trying to spawn there in hope of scoring a fast loadout.

Lol I would suicide just to avoid being there

  10. It must be state specific because I know you need special permits in order to buy and maintain a full auto weapon. What state are you referring to?

I'm referring to federal regs, but I live in PA so there is nothing extra that needs to be done here outside the fed crap. There is a full auto gunshoot near my town where regular private citizens bring their full autos(everything from tommy-guns to 30cal mg) this is hundreds of people. such a thing would be impossible if what you say is true. I don't personally own a full auto(I prefer semi or burst) but I go down with my cousin who owns a watercooled 30cal browning mg

  11. Full auto?  No.  Semi-auto?  Yes.

it actually is legal to own a full auto, you just need to buy the tax stamp. the other way to own a full auto is to manufacture it yourself. if you manufacture your own full auto rifle the only restriction is that you can not sell it. that is why the feds are so worried about 3d printed guns.

  12. Technically it would be AR-15s as M4s are not legal to own for most people but AR-15s are everywhere.

They are perfectly legal to own if you have the money/patience. It's actually a very easy process, just have to get permission from your local sheriff and send the feds a couple hundred bucks for the tax stamp and wait for it to arrive. Then you have to shell out big bucks for the rifle cause civilians have to pay roughly 10x what the military does for an m4.

  13. All good dude, I geek out on that stuff myself. Emergence is an emerging (NPI) topic lately what with all the cross-communication and databases that didn't exist a decade ago. Really exciting times we live in. Also terrifying if you understand how much global resources are controlled by a relatively small group of people.

Which is exactly why we are doomed
