they only way to solve this issue is bind characters to a single server. some stupid matchmaking system wont work. -

dude, they are going to cater to demands of the largest part of their customers, which you are not a part of. the people who post on the forums are a tiny insignificant fraction of the whole dayz community. your wants dont carry more weight just because you post on the forums. what part of this do you not understand? if what you say is true the dayzmod would have never been overshadowed by private hives and mods such as epoch. and fyi they planned on opening up the sa to modding from the beginning, because thats how dean hall likes games.

if people didnt want that stuff it wouldnt be put in the game. you are not "people", you are a one person among many, if the majority had the same opinion that you did that stuff wouldnt exist. but more people want that stuff than dont want it so thats what we end up with. you strike me as the type of person who thinks people should be able to play the way they want as long as thats the way you want them to.

LOL maybe you should read the warnings from the developers next time before you buy a game when multiple times the warning saying don't buy this game if you cant handle alpha quality gameplay pops up. -
they haven't yet. or else the dayz mod would be mostly vanilla servers, not mostly private/mods.

the ak is a conscripts weapon, the ar is a soldiers weapon. that is all you need to know. -

experimental servers dont reset enough. no point on playing on them when 50% of the servers have no loot, so you cant try any of the new stuff out. -

"Private Servers" exist and it does no good to report them

Since the only people these server owners negatively affect are server hoppers I really dont care. Maybe instead of crying about people running their servers in a way you dont like you should quit server hopping. Hell it takes just as long to gear up on one of these servers as it does on a normal server. Id much rather people rent a server and use it to gear up than server hopping, as server hopping actually has a negative effect on others gameplay. -
