Server just crashed ... Again :( ... Gonna try another real quack .

Well just played until server restart (a crash more like it seemed though) and i have to say i love accelerated time, i hope it becomes the norm on stable, if it does i might just play the soon to be dreaded .57 stable... Gonna hop on for another 20 mins hopefully before work.

Well nothings stopping me from playing for an hour, i dont curr if the hive isnt even connected im gonna enjoy dayz at its crudest form right now just to spite the dayz gods.

Is persistence disabled on experimental ? I thought they were only to do that when .57 hit stable ! But yea the wipes I can deal with cuz I usually don't have amazing stuff but these past few days like clockwork I'll be reading all the fun stuff you guys are posting on the forums and be so pumped to jump in and then I see a tweet from eugen that the servers are coming down for some hours :/ three days in a row lol!!! So I guess I'll play If the servers are up later tonight after work , but when .57 hits stable it's going to mark my first break of dayz for a bit , because I can't play a zombie less , persistence less dayz again (not to mention experimental might not be around for a while when .57 hits stable ) it reminds me too much of the days of .32 where it was just pvp and everything was so crude lol .

Damn I was just about to play :/ I like these fast updates to exp but it's pretty hard toget on with work and constant back end updates ....

Fishing .... Has been in for a long Time... Whatchu talking 'bout Willis? But I definitely agree we need inflatable boats (a rare find like a tent maybe) and also engine based boats and even canoes that you have to paddle (that would be my favorite).

That's really awesome , I've been thinking of taking a road trip to the mall , but I need to set up more stops to make it more worth while ... Maybe I'll visit the graveyard and farm house from Night of the living dead which is also in PA!

I miss I44 dayz mod lol , such an awesome setting. Zombies in world war 2 , I would frequently find the mp-40 and this gun In that game near a firestation then proceed to rendezvous with my allies ... I wonder if there will be some unique setting mods for dayz standalone (like world war 2 themed mods and such). But ya adding this gun could wait .

Did i just win Dayz? Or is experimental becoming really easy ? Lol first off, 1 apple brought me from orange hungry to hydrated and neutral hungry, then i found these beauties in only 2 towns: Gonna play some more soon, but if anyone is on US first person servers lemme know and i'll pick ya up! Or if anyone has mosin bullets for trades i've got lots of mp5 mags to share =)!

I honestly don't know where I stand on this one ... I often use my smaller tv to play to get better frames and without zoom that makes it pretty rough , but then again I'm all for realism and making this game parallel real life at all times ... So I'm not entirely sure, I do agree with gews that a balance between realism and gameplay must be struck , but then again I do like ricks suggestion of making things sharper when you "right click zoom" on them instead of making the image zoom. But I think we'd need to give whatever gews would suggest and ricks idea a chance as we can't really be sure until we play both ways .

Well I'll be a donkeys ass ... Even so though , Landmines are incredibly easy to look for when you're goin into a sketchy situation ...

I've encountered servers where they are public and lock it for no reason , I've been kicked for killing certain clanmates / admins , and I've been on servers that have reset after killing the badmin of said server ... Reported them all and the only one that I couldn't get into trouble was the last one because vilayer or whoever said it could have easily been a mistake (although these clan a holes do it all the time when they get wrecked). Report admin abuse , it helps , and is really not all that hard , create an email message to all 5 or whatever GSPs with the video of you getting kicked attached, it may take a day or two but in my experience the server gets unlocked or starts acting like real admins as soon as they get a slap on the wrist ... Of course that was the easiest example of reporting admin abuse , I'm sure some of you have horror stories of trying to report certain servers .

Well I'm gonna sit this stable out , I greatly appreciate the work and bug identifying the devs and us exp testers have done but i can't play dayz without persistence , I remember before it was enabled at all I had many weeks where I didn't want to play at all because all I wanted to do was go into the woods or a nice house and make a persistence camp ! But it's for the better and I really hope there's experimental branches up during this stable with persistence and zombies enabled... Experimental save us !!

Lol nobody has done this old trick since the mod , and with lootsplosions I would say it's not a trick , also what is he going to do , wait on that same server for days just waiting for some random forum member to trot by ? Lol ....

Well I think it's time after a whole year plus to have a good break when stable is zombie and persistence less ... Persistence was one of the things that really make this game special to me, so without that or even zombies I'm going to have to avoid it like the plague ... I really hope this zombie and persistence "issues" are resolved quickly because I guarantee stable will be the most empty it's ever been ! So boring with just pvp , I really do hope that that stable branch stays for no longer that a couple weeks ... :( !

Actually they are , if you have ever taken the time to notice the status reports are written up by mixes of the following (depending on what content is in the latest update) eugen harton , Chris torchia , brian hicks , it all depends on what info they want to give us that week ... But chill guys we all know the status reports are always late because of some reason , it's definitely not the end of the world and i lose no respect for the devs everytime they miss one , because it always comes out during the week at some point , I'm hoping today .
