lol this game has THE MOST survival mechanics of any game I've ever seen ... Stop thinking like bear grylls for once and think like a gamer lol , zombie survival games need to work on other things then just survival , like the nonexistent zombies !

They need to push this to stable already ... Honestly they usually push incredibly buggy updates to stable but yet this one has been cooking for over a month now and I think it's ready . Really is a bummer that these game shows take priority over progressing the game :/ .58 is ready for stable stop fucking around !!!!

This is interesting ... I will have to test this tonight when I play next to see what's up ... Hopefully somebody is doing something in the dark ;)

Ambient music was the only thing making it "more dark" , as soon as standalone has all its content and the art team starts goring up the map im sure those getting nostalgic for the mods ambience will start appreciating dayz standalones more ... AKA: Early access !

Can anyone connct to steam right now ? It keeps saying it can't go online and is steam down says the client connection to steam is unavailable .. Anyone else get this error ?

Did anyone notice Zeds in the regular experimental servers last night (I.e the non-zombie test ones)? I saw two in Cherno and was surprised they were in and my friend killed like 3 at the coast of Cherno lol , I wonder though as I played on the same server this morning , if the Zeds are now removed as I havent seen any since last night !

I'm referring to "The fish broke away taking the bait with it". I got it 4 times in a row In the past every time a fish had taken the bait, I'd caught it. edit: I'm not complaining, I think it's better this way :P It's been there , you just had to really suck at fishing like me to get it in earlier patches lol ....

Get on GD first person server guys , it's the first time in a month 1PP server has 20 people on it ! Lol lets keep this fire burning , big daddy 1PP is sitting on top of a TEC building in Cherno just waiting for clandestine friendlies :) !

i got an error message saying batteleye version not the same or something? my friend got it as well anyone else? This is when trying to join a server.

Yep persistence = true survival experience , especially with 12 hour restarts and accelerated time ! Now all we need is for the respawning and despawning mechanic to be polished up to par !

It took me about 6 months playing at least a couple hours a day to get to the point where I can actively run through high population towns and meet people without succumbing to their banditry . All it takes is for you to die a couple dozen times and make sure you learn something from each death!

Need more rooftop access anyways ... Remember when we could get on top of the bell tower in Cherno ? They removed that like 6 months ago for some reason .,, I really hope they are planning on adding it back and also making buildings like this one accessible to the top !

Reaaaalllly hoping for a new experimental patch with some new content ... I'm getting all fuzzy inside for the new cars , I really can't wait to see some variety besides the v3s , and of course I can't wait for other content such as new zombies with their balling outfits ... Let's cross our fongers for tomorrow or the next day for an update as those are my dayz off :) !

Yea I use imgur.com , just find the screenshots in your steam screenshot folder (after taking the screenie with "f12") open imgur , and literally drag and drop the image onto the web browser , it will ask if you want to edit it just skip that and upload .. Now it will give you multiple format options on the right , copy the one that says "bbcode for forums" and go to your thread and just paste the code into the text box and it should show the picture when you complete the post !

Try going into settings snd putting your VOIP settings up (maybe all audio as well) and check to make sure your playback devices (taskbar has a playback device button) are all set to the proper things (like if your using headphones make sure it's playing that back instead of your TV speakers ).

Well i've had an interesting night.... Started out on my character from earlier today on a full 75/75 3pp server, i knew trouble was afoot when i saw that number.. I made my way from gorka to kabanino unharmed, but of course when i spot my first truck my spidey senses tingle. So i run to the other side of town and am about to hide in a building to listen to my surroundings when I see a guy running frantically in the street... Naturally my trust overwhelms me and i run to ask this guy his name and life story , a few brief moments and emotes later he turns and runs ... As i yell "wait! who are you?!" i get shot at from the side and again another time after turning and running several feet.. I didn't let him have his fun with me because i have limited time before bed haha so i hit respawn as soon as i fall unconscious from the second shot. I respawn in cherno, and expect nothing less than chaos so i decide to lay low in a house with some primo herb for a minute and just observe my surroundings, i was too late to realize a man was approaching (blame the kush -_-) and some crazy named Noah something barges in... what made him crazy you ask? Well that story is better shown than told (be prepared it all happens so quick lol): Yea so it was a crazy night haha...I'm really liking the 75 player servers but they aren't exactly "butter" smooth , sometimes they are very responsive and others not at all... Some other glitches i saw (respawning floating loot? And random map error on a building?):

Had a great run today before work, I really wanna test some new content so my experimental body is ready for a new patch already lol :) but I basiclaly traveled alone in the dark and dawn looking for gear and finally ended up getting a trumpet with ammo , dry bag , matching red outfit , some food and canteens , randomly found a cr75 at gorka and am looking for a magazine (so if anyone's Trynta trade later ;) ).... Ended up logging out around gorka after I investigated the shots that echoed through the night ... When Dawn came I decided to call It and head for work haha ... hoping to jump on tonight after work!

Well uk 02 or something is popping 75/75 players... yet... theres noone in berezino? will iterate further when first player is found.... Hope to see you guys there (3PP instead of my usual 1PP cuz as always the first person servers are all around 15 ppl max)!

Mmmm nothing new except 75 player servers ... I wonder why they had to take them down all night for that ..
