You'll never know the map if you refuse to even try to explore it. But if you want to keep server hopping, go for it.

I once found (on the mod) a car with a missing tire and with no fuel in Vyshnoye, south of Stary. Me and my 3 friends wasted 3 hours (not kidding) trying to find the so needed tire and fuel, finding fuel was easy because we just had to look in the big barn up the road, but it took hours to find the tire. Me and one of my friends walked all the way over to Mogilevka while the other two were protecting the car. We actually found a tire in Mogilevka, but as we ran back to Vyshnoye, we heard shots, 3 guys wearing Ghillie suits were walking by and going to the car, they were almost there when my friend that stayed up on the hill with his sniper shot at them, we then tried to flank them and got them all, but apparently there was another one of them up at Zub and he killed my friend on the hill. We ended up fixing the car as fast as we could, got in and drove away at full speed. We lost a sniper and the sniper damaged our Fuel tank, later that day the server restarted and the car got deleted, along with all the gear we had inside it. It was the most fun I've had in months. It was incredibly fun going around, looking for the needed tire, looking in every lootable building, even the ones that didn't have Industrial gear, it's that feeling of "Who knows?" that drives you to walk for hours looking for something you need, and then having the opportunity to have a really cool firefight. I'd like to have these moments again in Standalone, having less cars means that when you find one and you fight to fix it, you'll have so much fun and will be REALLY happy. pls add 2 cars in map dean ok xoxo

You said hello twice, I will ignore that! Why would you use the arrow keys? Are you left handed? Anyway, you can change the walking/running actions by changing the controls on "Assignments", on the Options menu.

Bohemia Interactive's Servers. If you don't have any issues on other games, it's not on your side.

I did have a problem like that a few months ago, didn't last long, it went away after a couple of days, in some servers I would have 10000ms while in other games, it worked fine. Not sure what caused it or how it got fixed, but it did. Maybe something on their side of the connection? I'm not sure.

Shotgun is bugged at the moment. But you did miss a shot. Shotgun Bugged + Missing a shot = Not killing a player. Try harder and don't use the Shotgun.

UPDATE: DayZ is fully updated and so is Epoch. So It's not the Mod itself.

So today I downloaded ARMA II and ARMA II OA + DayZ Mod after months without playing because of the SA. But now, for some reason, I can't join any server because of the BETA Patch. If I update to the most recent and open ARMA II Beta Patch, it only shows outdated servers and I can't join any, if I downgrade to this update, it only shows the servers with the most recent BETA Patch, so I can't join it either. It does work-ish on DayZ Commander, but I get "Connection Failed" everytime I try to join a server. Can someone help me?

I was watching some DayZ videos and after I finished it, I saw a video called "DayZ Admin Abuse!!!" and after watching it, I saw many other videos saying the same thing. DAYZ ADMIN ABUSE. I am aware that this happens in every game, but DayZ is a really good mod and it should NOT have this kind of thing. Now, STORY TIME. Once upon a time... I was at Cherno (I don't remember the Server name because it was a really long time ago) and I was looting the north Hospital. After a few minutes, I heard an ATV coming, and on top of it, there were two guys, both in Soldier Uniforms and with HUGE guns. They just came to me and shot me. I was pissed off because I was A FRESH SPAWN, I HAD NOTHING. So I went to Side Chat and asked who were those guys killing unarmed players on Cherno and why they looked like soldiers. A guy came and said that they weren't Hackers, just the admins having fun. I asked why did they kill me, I was only a Fresh Spawn, I couldn't kill them... And even if I could, they could just Spawn everything back in. The two admins came on the Chat and said that I was butthurting because I died and that I should be a better player. I just logged off and never joined back in. I don't think this will stop, there's always going to be some prick trying to mess with people, but I think that taking OFF the Unofficial servers and leaving only the Official ones would be a great idea. So that no bastard could create a random server lying on the name (Example: Saying that there are 1000 cars, but only having 100 just for attention. YES. IT HAPPENED BEFORE.) and asking for a billion dollars of donations so he gives you an AS50. What do YOU think?

In most servers I got 40fps with 1920x1080, most things on High. But now, even with EVERYTHING on Low I get 5fps. GPU_MaxFramesAhead=1;GPU_DetectedFramesAhead=1; This helped before, but even BF4 in Full HD runs better than DayZ.And this is happening with every mod, every Server. Can someone help me?
