Guess what mate? You gotta get along with it. After finding an M4yesterday, I found one today again, I also found a skull balaclava. I relog and my character is gone. Before finding that M4 (same character tho) I dropped all my stuff at a persistent server hoping they would be there, guess what I'm now back and half of them are gone.

Alright my suggestion is to NOT trust persistence enabled servers at all. Today I've put my backpack on the floor and clothing on a different backpack because I didn't have enough space to hold them all at once. So two backpacks on the floor, one is my main backpack and the other one was to put all my clothing / axe / helmet etc etc (equipment) I lost almost everything in the backpacks. 3x75rnd mags 2 tactical vests 1 protector case, 3 RGD-5 grenades, flash bang. All clothing which was present in the backpack was gone. Canned food and rice in the clothing are gone. Machete is gone. Matchbox is gone Medkit containing 1x blood bag 1x IV start kit rest full of bandages Gas mask Combat boots Aviator glasses Rags, bandages, more canned food. ------ I have to be happy though, I have my can opener! Praise the can opener! Still pristine after opening like 50 cans!

I had 1 magazine in the AKM, the other 2 were near it on the floor, both remained there for a day, could have been more, I picked it up 24 hours later. Clothes / vests were gone after one restart.

News! Earlier today I have put a UK vest, jacket and pants (had stuff inside it too) just to test if they will disappear or not, they did disappear. But the AKM and the ammo is still on the floor.

Well my gun was still on the floor after a server restart on a persistent server, I witnessed a restart twice. The ammo I put near the gun was also on the floor. I wonder if jackets, shirts and helmets stay or not.

Are you kidding me? I can't even use a Mosin with an LRS because of the lag, I aim and wait for 5 seconds..

Ahahahah. Here we say: "Gote giren semsiye acilmaz." I found an M4, this is the first M4 I ever found in the game. I decided to put it in to my tent (throwing away the AK101 I have in it) I'm back at the place I pitched it, I'm looking everywhere but the tent is not there anymore. Hopefully the tent was not deleted when I had the M4 inside. Anyone else who got their tent deleted today? I'm seriously going to consider throwing items on the floor instead, how long would an M4 stay on the ground along with the ammo?

I'll be heading there today, if I find one I'll give it. For the ones who wonder, yes I got nothing better to do than tent hunting. Edit: Couldn't find one today, maybe next time.

So today I joined this server again and I checked out my tent. I noticed the saline bag and the sewing kit were gone. The AK101 and AKM mag was still there. The tent was open too aswell, I think I closed it. Now there are two possibilities my tent got comprimised, but I don't think it would be, It's hidden at a perfect spot on an almost always empty server (max 5 players) also its hidden in a couple of trees and the only angel you can see it from is from the front. Unless you're a hacker or specifically looking for a tent. Not only that It has not been 12 hours since I've pitched this tent the server is almost always empty overnights. The other possibility is the server reset has swallowed a couple of my items or maybe this is an organization bug. Today I'm putting an AKM and 2 AKM mags, keeping the AK101 and putting gorka pants there and also 2 boxes of 7.62x39 rounds and a tactical vest. I'm organising the tent as the big items would be on the bottom and goes up with the small ones. The tent was open, brings up a question to my mind maybe someone opened it. But It's mostly an empty server and who in world would leave an AK101 but take a sewing kit and a saline bag? Especially a salinebag, It's not a that rare item. Edit: I was just leaving my tent and I noticed I can't close it. There might be a tent bug.

Believe it or not I saw this house today while going to Cherno from the Green Mountain. I had the same feeling as you did, but I didn't check it out. I think I saw it between the road which goes from Kozlovka to Novoselky.

I just planted a tent, added an AK101, saline bag, an AKM mag and a sewing kit to it, pitched it at a persistance on server, we'll see if it lasts till next wednesday.

If this is a bug, then you can ask to get out by asking on feedback.dayzgame.com But I guess this is not a bug but a trap put there intentionally.

I had this frusturating bug once. How to avoid your mag from disappearing? The second time it happened, I opened my inventory and grabbed the drum mag on the weapon and threw it on the floor before the new mag came in. It ended up having the drum mag on the floor. AK reload animation is long so you don't need to rush but focus on doing it as quick as you can. I'd post this on the "any point of 2 drum mags?" topic but this way more people can see it and avoid the bug and losing their ammo.

Before reading the effects: Reading at the internet some say this will have positive effects on performance and some say it will not, so this is also a discussion. At all cases, using an epipen on yourself SHOULD have an effect. Positive or not, doesn't really matter. Negative effects should be: Your heart will thump and pulse will race, blood pressure increases. You'll turn pale due to diversion of blood from skin to muscles You will deep breather and faster due to bronchodilation and possibly hyperventilate. You'll have more energy due to increased oxidation of carbohydrates Blood flow to muscles and brain will make you hyper altert and hyperkinetic, possibly leading to agitation and aggression Positive effects: Better hearing and run slightly more faster usual, just like when hydrated. Any medical attendant can also clear a way for more positive effects taken from real life.

No actually you can "inject" epipen on yourself at the moment. But the only thing happens is the animation and my dude walking around like he was not shot adrenaline a few seconds ago.

This bug exists, everybody who had their hands on an AKM and 75rnd mag knows it. I came here, to explain a way to avoid it.And no guys, the mag doesn't go on the floor always. It still can vanish so the method I threw in is the best, as I also tried it too. The byg is not the drum mag goes undr the floor, the bug is IT VANISHES.
