There isn't too much loot at all.....

I came across to a server like this, first military base I'm looting at 0.50 and I'm coming across with 5 AK74s, 2 AK101s, lots of drum mags, lots of vests but no AKMs at all. Lots of ammo, food, new items such as welding mask, tortilla, dry bag etc etc. And the base was actually looted before I came.

    Am I doing it right?

Don't play this game, please. Atleast try both tastes if you want to, don't always KoS, try holding up people. CoD is a cool game too, I play it. But every game has their own aspect.

The DSCI: DayZ Standalone Crime investigators

    I want this.
  6. Because the SMERSH team is a Russian team, Russians are not on the helis, so why do the heli crashes have smersh vests? Or rename the vest to something else. Edit: I forgot to put "not" at the title. What a stupid mistake of mine.

    Trading Post

I have an OREL jacket, badly damaged but you can mend it I guess. What do you give for it?
  8. Nice info. So your hitbox was where you entered the shack? I don't understand the side of the shack. Did you ever step that spot so your hitbox was there?
  9. Hey Lucid, remember me? I was a guy on your longhorn topic. Did you find the MP5 at regular? I have a mag for it. I found it at Sunday, I have a photo of me finding it aswell. Check this album: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/opv2disfint7ow7/AABlvo-cbLF7Q9ZGXcdJyUeka?dl=0 you'll see some pics taken near the police station. Check those images at the end of the album. I have an AKM I can give to you, or AK101 mags which you can take aswell and we can decide about the MP5. Try not to die till Friday as I won't be able to get online before that. I will need to confirm where my mag is though. It might be in my inventory or at a persistent server. Stay tuned. By the way, I believe an AKM is better than the 101.

I promised the bandana for someone else. If something extraordinary (if he changes his mind) happens we can trade it. Bandana is either worn or pristine. Ammo box can be Damaged or better. But as I said, depends on the other guy.

    New backpack?

They have added a black backpack to the experimental build. It has color variations, one of them is black.
  12. I know this is a desync issue. I'm talking about the bug which makes the player you see like he's trying to hug himself if he has a gun at his hand. Playing 1pp. I see this guy at novo, he's behind one of these concrete tablets he has a weapon and he's "hugging himself" he saw me and stopped. I have a weapon too and its at my hands but not up. He isn't moving but he knows I saw him. Since he didn't aim for me at the first place I raise my hand and boom. So the real thing here is, since this guy is "hugging himself" I couldn't know if his weapon was up or even aiming. Conclusion: If someone is hugging themself you might get killed in a few seconds, because you can't say if they are aiming, have their weapon up or not.

    a more nicer criticism

I saw a sniper in the bushes the first day the camp was implemented. But apparently he was logged off because he "vanished" a couple of seconds later after spotting him. Didn't go there again, If It's safe, I can make some trips there! There is not a barrack there though. Well what you call a barrack is not a barrack.
  14. I can't really say I hate it, It's a cute bug. But come on, I couldn't know what was that guy up to. It was frusturating. But I was looking for an engagement anyway. Even though I wasn't looking for KoS..

Don't play this game then It's a survival game It's meant to be hard. There will not be pink ponies saying hi to you at the spawns and hugging you, asking for a ride, making you fly to the east side of the map and getting you geared up. This is DayZ, not COD 4 with old school mode. If you don't know what that is, at Old school people spawn with no weapons and they find them, then the round starts.

Want military gear? Go to Pavlovo. Can't find loot? Go to Zelena, worst case run all your way to Vybor, there's ALWAYS food and clothes / backpacks and useful stuff there. Pushtoshka has 3 houses with blue stripes, those spawn enough food. Telescopic baton? Amateur, I use my fists. Or I simply avoid zombies, learn to be stealthy! Let's say you hit a Cherno spawn. Get to the fire station, find an axe, if you can't find that get the best gear there and get out, take a trip to the soup house behind the fire station and then to the supermarket, find yourself some food. Go to Balota airstrip and try finding a backpack, couldn't find one? Don't worry, you'll eventually find something useful there anyway. Go to Kamorovo and check the police station, loot the bar there and head to Pavlovo, find good gear at Pavlovo, move to Zelenagorsk, check the military base. Check the soup house near the base, get yourself some food. Check the medical facility there, get bandages. Move on to the pound at Green mountain, drink water, run to Pushtoshka, loot the 3 houses with blue stripes, if you have enough material, kill the cows and skin their meat. Head to Vybor, finalize everything you need, check out the Vereshnik military base and you're good to go.

  19. Hello there survivors, here I'm to post a topic which will also allow anyone to contribute here by simply translating their language in to readable / understandable and easily pronouncable phrases. Here's the full list of the phrases which we require and you're meant to translate. (Drop me a PM if you wish to contribute) Few notes before you go ahead: - Phrases must be the easiest and quickest way to give the intention. - They must contain how it's written originally from the language aswell and the easiest way to be read in English. So first the original then the easiest way to say it in English. How can I use this? You may print this and keep near you and when you encounter someone you can read them through VOIP, or you can keep this page open when you're playing and paste the phrases to the chat. At this game It's all about encounters and sometimes not everyone we encounter can speak English, but we possibly need something or immediate help. This can be useful when you encounter such situations. The format: List of the languages translated.
