For me its the zombie aggro radius. For now they should just put a simple 5ft prone, 15 foot crouch and 25 foot standing, along with 40ft sprint. Just annoying how the aggro is so non consistant at this stage.

Use the search function man, every other post these days is "KOS this, KOS sux, Why do ppl KOS OMG" seriously there are 50 other posts just like yours made this week. And you know how to survive the situation, mainly try and rob them for gear, then when they drop show a sign of respect and give them back and team up. Ive run into 4 people so far in SA and not one has tried to KOS, and neither have I.

Would be funny to power it up from the station and then have to run to catch it while its starts. But it could be a fun bandit mission to jack the train from someone, or control the main trainstation so you can turn the power on/off. -

It isnt so you KNOW that their hostile, it leaves it to chance, someone defending themselves may have a "hostile" stance from winning so many surprise battles. Still leaves it to chance.
