Yep the artists don't fix bugs AND they're still working on the map to include two cherno sized cities up north. Green Mountain will curse the ENTIRE development team if this isn't done!!!! (It also now demands a sacrifice of a corrupt, scumbag politician or grossly overpaid banker/corporate director).

I tested my M4 last night. Laid down, extended my bipod, used the acog to distance my target, pretty much exactly 300m. Aimed centre point, chest and fired. Both shots hit directly where they were aimed and the zed went down on the second shot.

There's 2 new cities going up north the size of cherno and there's already a shipwreck.

I seem to meet people in the most random of places. Out in the middle of nowhere I walk into a lone barn on a hill top only to find a naked dude just laying in the middle of it and only 6 people on the server.

They should make the reload process like surgery simulator or Octodad lol

Spawn points are spawn points. They can't be over powered in this type of game otherwise you're saying players who play for longer are over powered as well. The spawn suggestions you make are spot on though and we should spawn all over the map in interesting places, even the airfield/military bases. What would be even cooler is to have our clothing fit where we spawn.

Unimaginative players annoy me for about a minute. If I die it's fun to find gear again and see what you find or who you run into. As a fresh spawn, you're carefree. -
I must be playing a different game then. Dayz is a piece of piss to play and always has been except the point where, in the Mod, the antibiotics became so rare that even after searching for them for 10 hours, you still couldn't find them. Hunt the item is boring and boring != game

Why don't people try both? I play 2 different characters and for the 95% that don't get motion sickness and can't work out how to change our FOV in the game, you can too.

3rd rule of Dayz - the only other person on the server is going to bump into you.

And as time goes on, they should change the map to reflect the passage of time.

The next patch will (should, hopefully, please) clear up desync issues then we'll see what happens. I know when I play, and this only seems to happen to me, I get these lag spikes. Like I'm running along and then it'll micro pause me. It has so much of an effect that when sprinting with my fists up, my mates have to sprint with their rifles up so they don't overtake me. One time I'm eating sardines in the ATC, my mate sees me standing in the middle of the runway. Other times when we're running, I'll disappear on him then reappear but I don't think he's ever witnessed anything like in that video by the OP. My net connection is fine but I'm playing it on a laptop with acceptable framerates outside of cities (as in mouse movement is smooth enough to be playable) so I don't know if this is a factor. -

Considering in RL you would know how you felt, icons seem to be the best way to go about doing that, However, if there was a choice of systems then everyone could be a winner.

Nope this is dumb. Without an ability to get out of things that trap us they first have to go over the entire map to make sure nothing can trap us. -
