A few days ago I found an ATV just sitting pretty next to a bridge near the outskirt of Cherno, upon going down the road toward Electro I found another, with a missing front wheel next to a bridge. It flipped onto its side after going a bit to fast over a bump.. couldnt flip it back over :( I also once found a Dirt bike in a shed, near to devils castle had that badboy for a while.. until I got shot by a sniper looting a deerstand north of stary sobor and lost it, oh and a bus i once found in solnichniy, that got blew up with me inside it passing through Cherno on a leisure tour, not sure how though :( Since then I have found nothing. I would say in over 100 hours of play they are all I have come across in DayZ.

In months of play, and many, many successful trips to NW Airfield, Barracks and other such supposedly high grade loot spawn places such as deerstands and Stary Sober etc... I have still yet to find a set of NVG's or a Sniper rifle with a thermal scope. Its either.. They are extremely (and I mean EXTREMELY) rare. or I'm the most incredibly unlucky person roaming the land of Chernarus.

I have been having graphics issues even before this new patch, mostly in cherno and electro.. like real bad tearing.

Anyone on the server can make map markers, everyone else can also see them when reading their map.. so be careful not to put one where you are or where your heading to or you will have made yourself a sitting duck. Yes they are also server specific.

Put yourself into the shoes of the sniper himself.. If you were lucky enough to find a sniper rifle.. whats a better use for it than sniping people? Zombies dont spawn as far as the sniper scopes range leaving the gun useless for anything other than 'penis enlarging' player hunting. If you had one yourself.. would you not do it? If you say no then I call bullshit.

That is exactly how I have died in this game... Every single time I have bit the dust infact. You also share my exact feelings upon death, I don't usually last as long as 18 days no where near really, about 2 at most for me, so that is a great achievement, you should be proud :) but I imagine your uber sad at your demise I guess. I find it hard to come to terms with having to start afresh, I usually take a small break in which time I find myself chain smoking a whole load of cigarettes then.. relog and spawn on the beach ready to go through it all again. I love this game!

Get a paper round man or offer to wash some peoples cars till you raise the funds.. geeez whats up with the youth of today.. want everything handed to them on a plate.
