So I spawned in Novy Sobor today after dying to some random bandit, and the first thing I see is a Ural and an ATV. :o I rush over and check to see if they're working, and they were. I then jump out to see if someone has put anything inside... I decide to take the Ural and stash the ATV in Novy.

Lee Enfield can take a guy down in one hit.

I'm a CoD player, I don't think this is a deathmatch game.

Today on ANZ 1 there was a massive glitch or something before the server restarted. Everyone was teleported to the NWAF and there were about 8 hueys on the runway. So for some reason everyone thinks they should go nuts and kill eachother, but that isn't the worst part. The server restarts after a minute of this madness and the few who survived spawned there. We agreed not to kill each other and everything was ok. Then some cunt spawns in with an Alice Pack, M9 SD, AS50. He says "Don't shoot, don't shoot, I'm friendly". Straight away I know there is something suspicious about this twat, but I didn't attack him. He runs off to the West and I figure he's just trying to get away so nobody kills him, but instead the prick fires upon us and kills the two guys I was there with. I decided to use my super zig zag tricks to avoid his fire, and then I unload on him with my G17, but of course being the prick he is - he disconnects. Some Day Z players are the worst gamers I've come across.

I'm pretty sure that the red ones aren't supposed to spawn in Day Z.

Welcome to Arma

So I'm walking around Cherno church and look around at the docks and spot two survivors. I have my Lee Enfield lowered and they're being chased by zombies but they still fire upon me. I move around their left flank and fire 2 shots off as they run across the docks, but I miss and zombies are on my arse. I decide to run around inside a few buildings to lose the zombies, because I figured the bandits would hide in the church and be easy to find. I was right, I looked at the church from inside a pub and noticed zombies walking in and getting shot and then the doors being closed by the bandits. So I decide to lay in the grass in front of the door and open fire on the scumbags within as soon as the door opens again, but instead they open the door and run out. I quickly fire at them, but miss twice, and then move closer as they run back to the docks. I fire again and drop one of them, then his mate goes to help him up, so I take him down too, then fire upon the third one who I hadn't noticed earlier, but he manages to get inside the church. I wait a short moment and he runs out again, I chase him as he takes cover behind a wrecked truck and decide to run around it right away before he can get his bearings. Unfortunately I got some animation bug and I was running diagonally and unable to raise my weapon to fire at him and I got shot, but his mates were dead, and they'll never kill another human being again...for about 5 or 10 minutes.

I've been playing on a server for about an hour and 3 or 4 times I've either died or fallen unconscious for what seems like no reason. Then some stranger said there was a guy in the area with a crossbow and he was hunting people, so I'm wondering whether you can actually hear a sound when somebody else fires a crossbow.

All Arma campaigns are pretty bad. If you want fancy textures and shit, then I'd go for the BAF one because they are used most in multiplayer servers.

I was a murderer 3-4 weeks ago. Now I only kill bandits, and when I say bandits I don't mean some guy I see on a hill with a gun, I mean someone who has attacked me or another player.
