Save only saves the gear inside not the vehicle in its current location....

Running round a city trailing zeds and gearing up is the way dude. Take your next 2 spawns and just run round Cherno or Elektro having fun agroing and losing zeds! Its the first thing to learn in DayZ IMO how to lose agro and navigate the clunky landscape! Just run through a few barns or industrial buildings to find an axe then begin looting smaller buildings, if you agro just run off and loose them, simples!

The only thing preventing you from enjoying DayZ is you! Just look harder for camps, I found 2 vehicles over the last couple of days hidden randomly on the map. Stop blaming people for taking the vehicles just look for them, the maps big but not that big! ;) Good luck hunting!

Same problem here just lost connection on UK 9

It's personal choice how you play the game, help someone out or shoot them in the face your choice. Both paths have enjoyment, one day I shoot a player for his pickup... another day I shoot some zeds off a defenceless player up a deer stand putting myself at risk. Both were exciting for different reasons. Just take what the game throws at you and move on ITS ONLY A GAME!

Funny as fuck!!

Don't know about differing between servers, it just seems random as hell. Spent 2 days looking for matches and found not one box, but on the first day I could have opened a watch shop and the second a knife shop! Seems Randomized but not??!! Although can't complain as last night whilst stood in a deer stand at Balota medical camp a lovely AK74u spawns right next to me just as I was about to climb down :)

Generally barns close to the small villages and on the road sides have decent loot in them, and gas stations are always worth a look too ;)

Game purchase only = wouldn't pay subscription Studio Developed = with community support. Kickstarter = cash is always handy Studio and community servers = strictly managed tho. Is the Arma series the only option as a game to mod? As it has issues before you even start modding it.....

Similar thing happened to me.... Date/Time: 10/6 12.00am gmt +1 What happened: I was being chased by zeds and ran through a pond near Solinichniy, firstly my fully loaded Czech pack and its precious beans fall off my back and float on the surface of the water. Then whilst trying to retrieve said items agroed zeds walk on the water and beat me almost to death while I'm in the middle of the pond swimming? Where you were: a pond near Solinichniy. What you were doing: Attempting to elude zombies. *Current installed version: 1.7.1.4 *Server you were on: UK26 *Timeline of events before/after error: Aggrod zeds, lost kit in pond. Agroed zeds again which walk on water and beat me half to death while I'm swimming. Not fun times.....

Smoke grenade surrounded by zombies tossed a nade in the middle.... wasn't far enough away and took myself out :D Damn realistic nades! Tried to recover kit but only the noise of flies on my return and no body :huh:
