Has there even been a release date set for this yet? Lost interest a while ago now so don't really care about graphics options, rougha release date however that would be good.Is it going to make it this year?

Your computer will struggle to run this game badly, I would hold off buying it if I were you.

Is there a way to mark something on the map without other players seeing it??? First time I played dayz I got a tent, some guns and marked it on the map, next thing I know all of my stuff is gone.At the moment I mark nothing on the map.

I wouldn't mind like side mission in the game that don't reward you anything but is just something to do(like the side mission in red dead).

Is there going to be a weather system in place or being worked on? Like lightning storms and stuff.That would be cool.

We must have seen different films then, there was very little in the way of blood or violence in that film.On topic not a bad idea I wouldn't mind being able to pick up things like bricks or rocks and cave peoples skulls in with them, saves ammo too.

For low settings I think you can get away with playable frames outside the city.Inside the city is a whole different story though.The 7670m is comparable with a geforce 630m so it's not bad.

If you shop around you might be able to pick a half decent one up but most of the ones I have seem for around the £700 mark are really not that good.You would be hard pressed to find one capable.

Don't get a laptop, get a desktop.Far superior, easier to upgrade and for £650 you will get a pretty decent desktop, if you want a good laptop you are looking at a £1000+.

My first time playing dayz was running through a forest for about 25 mins or so, finding a town(maybe stary not sure) then getting my head blown off from some unknown assassin.I was pretty pissed to be honest.

This needs to happen, the blood in the current mod just does not cut it.

I would like it if there was no option for day servers ie, every server made has to have a 24hr cycle on it.Playing at night is annoying at times but it is pretty immersive too.Given the fact people pay for servers though I doubt this will happen as it's their server at the end of the day.Pretty cool idea from op though I just don't think many people want to play when it gets dark. :(

Will people be able to combat log on standalone? Have they said anything on the matter yet?

On the sever I play people get banned for constant use of the side chat if they refuse to listen to warnings.

Wait so your complaining because you have to run for 20mins(which you think is boring) when you would much prefer sit still for probably more than 20mins(which by your standards is not boring).What are you going to do when you find your "comfy hill" for a long time and no one shows up? Complain, I think so. You have alt f4 written all over you once you do find said sniper rifle.

If these types of things make it in then I would like to see armor piercing rounds to counter the people that will complain that superman has entered the game. edit, I don't know why my text is two tone can't seem to change it.

This, It pisses me off finding a wet pack of cards.I would like to get some cards, go to a town(without getting my head blown off), gather up some fellow survivors and just sit down and play some cards.
