I've wondered if it's too early to implament them, simarlarly I'm eagerly awaiting thier implementation. I worried that maybe having one would give away your location too easily. I dont even like to drink or eat unless I know no ones around, I've killed people that gave themselves away like that, and the while the whistle mechanic is good it's obviously not stealthy. Overall though I think this is the time to try them and I think a mixture of new content and bug fixes it's whats needed at the moment not one or the other. We're not hitting beta till this game is "feature complete". So when else would we try?

Check my previous post stag, can you confirm that your server is running the latest patch? If so, I'm sure it is what I said.

I presume the server is running the latest patch so keeps reverting to the state it was in just prior to the update. They won't stay removed till devs sort it out and hopefully release a fix in the next patch Edit: see 'tents and vehicles not saving' - also if you are the admin, revert it to the last patch then remove it.

I think characters are but not tents or vehicles. That's why the vehicles had to be added to servers individually and why the state of tents and vehicles saving is based on the version the server is running. Could be wrong, but I remember seeing a discussion on this before

people ask for this everyday, but there is no point in doing it until it will actually be effective. I think at the moment it would require Rocket to force every server owner to wipe their map individually since that information is saved server side. If admins want they can wipe their servers, but obviously people will still have stuff in their packs. I think until duping, tents, hackers and a host of bugs are fixed there is no point.
