Let's just state the obvious: the PC BETA is not coming before the end of 2017

Hey man, you should drop some details about yourself. Like age, country etc etc. Would help people identify if you are a good fit for the times they play and so on.
-
Gentlmen, Is it time to start playing again? Havent played in over a year when me and Pacifist roasted a few apples in Gorka. Should I wait or jump back in?
-
Went to give it a go, and man. Seems the game does. not. like. ultrawides.

dont make so many topics, its frowned upon, clutters up the boards

Turn down object detail to low, and shadows to low, turn off AA and PP. Texture detail medium. The rest on medium.

Fix the temperature system! Cooling off / heating up.
Baker. replied to jayfkay (DayZ)'s topic in Suggestions
i really think that any topic that is titiled "Fix the ________ !!!!" should be yarded. Its not like they present a finished game and say everything is hunky dorey and the op comes in and finds a borken system that should have never made it past beta. The game is in alpha man, do I think it should still be in alpha? No. but it is, and as such that means all systems are still in development including the temperature system. So telling them they need to fix something they are already fixing is kind of a mute point. -
I would support this if there weren't charging real world money

A lot of people are unhappy, the official forums isn't a place to really observe this. Not making a judgement on the legitimacy of their concerns. Maybe a lot of it has to do with the early access process itself, and so many people being excited for something that wasn't plausible to produce immediately.

Lol, 1PP people are the republicans of the DayZ world. "1pp or nothing!". 3pp players are more than happy to let you people play the way you want. -

Forgive me if I this exists already, I couldn't find it though. Since we can concede the original development timeline is shot. Would it be possible to get a new one that reflects where development is today and the teams current expectations as to where it is going? Edit: Jesus there are only 15 members online to read this.

Ah the old bandit uniform...

Short stroking if its mechanical helps a lot as well

In a real survival situation of course you would horde inside your shelter. But it should only be as safe as your shelter materials. they key would be to keep it safe from from zombies and wild animals. A sentient human would make short work of a simple wooden wall. You would need to have it well hidden, and protected.
