    well thank you for for replying on my topic but i think they wouldn't put up a title saying Lan if they weren't going to lets us make Lan servers wouldn't agree? 

    To be completely honest, Yeah.. Seems the server browser is just place holder because of the lack of prettiness. DayZ isn't meant to be played as a controlled environment, Half the thrill is meeting other players, such on.

    I personally wouldn't mind if people wanted LAN servers, However I don't think your average PC could host and play a LAN session without catch fire.

    You've named the 3 I know for sure, Fairly sure I found one a bit eastish of Stary though, Near some ruined buildings/castle thing close to altar, I think.

    FPS? Ping? Lag?

     

    I don't know if these affect it but it could.

    FPS does cause slower running speeds. I played with someone awhile ago and they ran the game at like 10-20 fps. I had to stop every 20 seconds just so they could catch up.

    I downloaded the new file and I'm still getting the same kick message.  Seems to be happening to others as well.

    You could try deleting the .dll file all together, and joining a server. It should force the update upon you ( I think ).

    Best of luck, This is the only fix I know. Others may have one though.

    DayZ, please fix battleeye, wait for host, all that other stuff that prevents people from at least trying to play the game.  For the 10th time, I've been trying to play DayZ and battleeye keeps kicking me from the game.  I even rebooted my pc and restarted Steam.  Is there any fix to this at all, is anyone else having the same issue?

    1. DayZ doesn't own BE.

    2. Alpher.

    3. Try using the search function, or " Recent chatter " Tab. As there's another one of these threads.

    4. When you decide to post, Try including the error message.

    Heh, They do it differently now. You'll have a .dll file in your DayZ directory. Download the own form BE's website, Then delete the one you have in your directory and move the newly downloaded one into there.

     

    I'm not really sure how to install it.

     

    Could you explain?

     

    Also how do you uninstall battleye.

    On a serious note, The ingredients for gunpowder are pretty common knowledge. However, The mixture ratios are not, and there a many different ratios. As you mention, Black powder rifles are extremely difficult to maintain. Which brings us to another problem. Your average person doesn't know how to load a blackpowder rifle/pistol let alone the proper amounts of powder.

    Can confirm it's already suggested.

    Last time I saw a dev response was From Chris (Lead Artist), he said he likes the idea and would like to see it added, but then went on about the work it would require with different sized pants and such.

    (From Memory, Confirm/ disprove if you can)

    In all though, I think it would add a lot to gameplay, as well as having waist spaces for utility belts, holsters and fanny packs :)

    The idea that we only have holsters for our chest seems very silly to me at the moment.

    As well as holsters giving you a disadvantage with people being able to see your pistol.

    Backpacks should have an extended equip something from it time, items like pistols in your pants should stick out somewhere.

    Keep discussion going.

    You're right, He said there would be major clipping issues with varying pants type. I hope it's added though, As it's more common than a chest rig/holster.
