^ This part kind of.. I'm not even gonna. On topic : As far as I know, As soon as your client stops sending data to the hive, your character despawns, So, Even things that just grey out the exit button, ALT + F4 makes them useless. However, I'm still a BIG fan of, If you log out in combat, An AI copy of you stands there, And does nothing to defend him/herself. If it manages to survive the time it has to stand there, You get to keep your stuff, If it gets gunned down, or eaten, Your character data is deleted and you start fresh. Edit : It would be kind of cool if the flare idea was implemented on the AI idea though.. -
You need a Blood bag kit, A IV Start kit, And a friend. Alternatively You can use a Saline Bag with a IV start kit, Which lets your friend keep their blood. Remember, If you don't know your bloodtypes, It's like roulette.

Ports, You must find and forward them. I'm not sure what the SA ports are, But it shouldn't be too hard for you to find them.

The entire point of DayZ is survival, When you die, You die. Everything is gone, Not 75%. Dat WarZ Skill tree, Trying to snake it's way into DayZ. -
I played on a server that was modded to hell for a little in the mod, It had " Working " Dogs. Possibly the coolest feature I had ever seen. I spent 4 hours running around with Lassie, And when she got killed, I spent 2 hours hunting the guy down, Finally got him. RIP Lassie </3

Blur stole my answer. The .45 will not fire with ruined mags. You just hear a CLICK. However, From what I've been told, The .357 will only fire with speedloaders, However, I think this is a bit of a misconception. I'll test it when I find one.

We have Bogans, 100X worse. And, They bread like mice. If I find any .357 ammo that doesn't get claimed by friends, I'll send you a message.

What should I do if I start out in that spawn northeast of Tulga?

Polana town, There's Heaps of houses, and a supermarket, then from there you can head to berezino or the Airfield. You can also try hitting polana factory for a backpack, they seem to spawn the 35 slot ones pretty commonly, Best of luck. -

Beans for .243 . I'd like to see as many as possible, Especially .22 LR. The main thing I'd be interested in is different ammo types, IE Hollow points, Soft cores, " Green Tip " AP. -
Pretty sure it's a glitch, If you drag and drop the ammo it should ( atleast it did for me ) Load 6 rounds. However, Whenever I try to fire it, I just get a " Click ". After speaking to a friend who had a working magnum, He said he was using speedloaders, and that you can use it properly without them.

Really? Because they didn't ask, You combat logged? Back on point. 1. This is coming, Be it tents or stashes, But not until later. 2. We will probably never see this, Thank god. Nametags = Horrid Idea. 3. There's a history tab, I think there's also a favourites tab? 4. There was talk of this, Not sure where rocket and the team stand on it. -

Honestly, It's most likely all dependant on the brand. I've seen Square and circular Tuna cans, Pulltop and opener needed. Never seen a can of sardines to be honest, Doesn't strike me as something I'd enjoy. -
Technically it's against the rules of Public server hosting to kick/ban people for no reason. And no. People cannot set servers to private, To my knowledge.

I voted no, For the sole purpose of it being DayZ, I can't count how many times I've seen people get hit, and leg it into the forest, only to bleed out, or get eaten by a zombie. That's a body you'll never find. -

Anyone played Arma 3 Breaking Point?

It's alright. Military bases are camp fests, Anti-Material Rifles, Cars are buggy, literally 15 minutes ( Minimum ) Of running if you die to get somewhere decent. It's fun for awhile, but I just got bored of it after less than 10 hours of playtime.. The Zombies are cool though.. Also, This opinion is based off 2 week old gameplay. They may have patched everything I said. -
As stated above, There are many SP/MP missions you can get from armaholic which are " Shooting ranges " Normally with weapon crates and scoring systems. I've never used these missions with custom guns though, Might be touch and go, you may even have to edit the mission file to make the crates have the custom guns. And no, It won't be exactly the same as firearms behave differently in ARMA 2 than SA.
