As far as I'm concerned, this has yet to be brought up. In reality, if someone is knocked out, they have no control over you, nothing to stop you from rifling through their things. I find it weird how when you come accross someone who is out cold, you can't do anything but go in their backpack. If it was possible to enter someones gear while while they're unconscious, you could easily disarm them, or take their stuff and run. Besides, it would competely change the game if you woke up at NWAF with nothing. Also, it would be nice to black out the screen around the knock out timer, as it's kind of annoying how you can be "knocked out" and still able to call out positions to your friends. Feel free to share your idea's about this topic.

Aah, yes. Just make the 3D res, and interface res match up.

It sounds great, but I think you're over thinking it. I don't really want 100+ types of ammo in the SA. And from what I've gathered, there will be different types of ammo (I.e. AP, Tracer, standard, etc) and you will be able to layer them in your mag however you please (I.e. T,AP,S,AP,S,T...)

For months, posts have been popping up with people talking about how they don't get that old "DayZ feel" when they play anymore. And to an extent, I agree with them, but I never really knew why. Recently I watched a video, and that made it all click. It might not be this way for players who started after the "big hype", but for us players who have been playing since this time last year, the reason is you know the game too well. Before DayZ was all over the internet with Let's Plays, and Tutorials, and Livestreams, it was just a bunch of gamers looking for something...new and different. I know there's people like me who loaded in that first time, on the coast, with nothing but a revolver, and some assorted gear, and thought to themselves "what the fuck is going on?" No instructions, no tutorial, nothing, you had to learn everything the hard way. You didn't know how many shots to kill that zombie, you didn't understand loot spawns, stances, sound, hunger, thirst, etc. Everything was new, and you didn't know what the hell was going to happen next. Now when you play, everything is same old, same old. You know weapon stats, loot spawns, you understand all the gear, loot, etc. So that is why you're not getting the DayZ Feeling anymore.

Use DayZ Commander. Your problems will be solved.

The animated heli's are awesome, and the siphoning from vehicles is great. Be sure to check it out guys, it's like vanilla... But better.

You downloaded the game illegally. And you don't have an excuse, because there is no good excuse. Now please leave, feel free to return when you have a legit copy of the game from Steam, Amazon, or retail. Inb4graveyard

This has been said MANY times: The SA will be realeased...when it's ready. When will it be ready? Nobody (including rocket) knows. As for 1.7.7., it is currently in testing right now, and will be realsed when it's approved by rocket after his light hike up Everest.

I think he was saying you we're shooting so fast, it resembled an automatic shotgun. And the M24 has zeroing.

Hackers seem to be undercontrol, if you find a good server. There's no more duping (though it is still very much possible) There is hardly any more duping. And high grade loot is still quite "easy" to find, but people aren't running around with AS50 TWS's, and L85 Thermals (these are gone <_<) But IMO the mod has really improved since this time last year.

Get good hardwear. I have a set of Sharktoon X-Tactic S7's (7.1 Surround), and the audio is flawless. With a good headet, the distance you can hear things at is remarkable. Also make sure all your drivers are updated, and it's HOOKED UP CORRECTLY. I has a set of Tritton AXPro's and I had them hooked up wrong, so I only had Stereo instead of 5.1 surround.

Wigging out, interesting term. Do you have your gear menu up when you hit escape? Is everything updated fully (including the server you're playing on)? Do you have any macro's programmed? And last but not least Did you happen to spam "G" 100 times before hitting escape?

You don't need to download DayZ via steam.

Why are you putting people down again? And from what I recall, doesn't your server have time's with 24/7 day, extra vehicle spawns, spawn w/ gun, etc?

I must add, I love BMRF, great servers, great community, great everything!

I came into this thinking you were going to be bitching and moaning about something... But after reading, you've taken my thoughts on this game, and put them into a post. I agree with you 100%
