Playing DayZero with a group of 6 guys. Someone yelled, "theirs 7 of us". Me, panicking, yelled "EVERYONE GO PRONE IN 3" Everyone went prone on 1, and someone waited until 3, and I shot the shit out of him. It was my friend following instructions... >.< oh and I kinda sorta, accidentally, sniped Elektro with an AS50 TWS once.. But that doesn't matter. -

It's actually not that hard. If the server has towing/lifting you can easily get that within a day. -

A briefcase consists of 10 10oz gold bars. Once you get enough, you can take them to a trader, and swap them for "1 full brief case". -

You need to adjust the angle and distance. The bullets bug out and don't register. Just increase your distance and keep shooting. -
So I recently heard that if DayZ Standalone does well enough on PC it could possibly be released to console. What is everyone's opinion on this? If feel that DayZ on console would not work out AT ALL. Console is made up of fast paced first person shooters, I feel like DayZ would not thrive on console like it does on PC. I think that it would be almost like Minecraft on Xbox; when it came out, there was a hype, but not very many people recorded it, and the one on top was still the PC version. What is everyone's opinion on this? And if DayZ Standalone were to be released on console, would you buy it?

I've been playing since June of 2012, and this happened once (months ago), when I spawned in swimming (in the ground) and drifted into a tree. This has never happened since, BMRF is lying to you. -

I agree with everything, except your part on vehicles. I believe DayZ should be littered with vehicles, yet there is very little gas. I would love to find a car, and plan to see how far I can make it on how little fuel I have. I also think that would fit great into the map size you're describing.

No eastereggs. Only if they very subtly hint to something from the early days of DayZ. Though I would like the dev team to keep lots secret, so we don't understand everything when the SA is released.

Large clans would just spawn and come in waves, killing everyone, and taking all the loot. I can also see people using a spare account or whatever to just use as a beacon, and place it at all the "good" spawns.

Can we make a thread of just screenshots like you posted? It'll be like when people used to hand pirates in the bay for other pirates to see. We could name the thread "YOU'LL GET NO SYMPATHY HERE, MOTHERFUCKERS" and can make it mandatory for everyone to read it before creating an account. huehuehue -
