Got vitamins? Eat them. You might be lucky and get the gummy bear ones. Antibiotics? Eat them Food and Water? Drink and eat. Charcoal? Gobble that up. Alcohol tincture? Drink it Just tuck that into your pack. -

Nothing? Unless in task manager you have you game assigned to a few cores. The game is designed to run off only a few cores, and limited RAM. It's just like ArmA that way. -

Did you try verifying the integrity of your game cache? -
I don't know what the burlap sack is used for. To prevent retarded trolls, your character will eventually break free. So it's best to tell them if they try to break free (wiggling) you will feed them 10 led bullets. Works every time.
