Maybe research more on PC hardware before purchasing one and wasting money on this.

any links to where I can learn to do that? I already know the Config ones but I have no idea on the Parameters

It happens to me too. When I'm not doing anything intense it stays are lower speeds but when I am doing something such as a game it goes over to what i clocked it to I've also heard that overclocking decreases life of the CPU :/

Nope we are both running at the exact same graphic setting. We both haven't edited the Cfg files

i would save up for a really good computer just be patient because i wasn't patient and i strait away built a pc for 600 dollars and i regret it. If you need help with your new build just msg. :)

Also the visibility is all the way up ill probably only set mine to 2000.
