AsDark Gaming is going to be hosting an event today on their DayZ Epoch server where there will be a convoy transporting an unspecified amount of gold. We figured that it would be more fun, with the more people there was, so we would like you guys to join us in trying to take the convoy and staking your claim. There will be two points marked on the map, "Point A" and "Point B". The gold convoy will be travelling between these points. So if you would like to join us the info is below! Dean at GC said that there will be storage items such as tactical vests that allow you to use items more quickly. So I was thinking that if you have something like a holster for your pistol or a sling for your rifle it should reduce the amount of time it takes to pull out the weapon. Let me know what you guys think about this.

Dxtory I drop no more than 5 frames when recording. It will record both game sound and microphone sound in separate channels which makes it easier when editing if you do not want your voice in the video. All around it is a great recording software. If you want to check out the kind of quality I get from it after rendering with vegas then uploading to youtube click my sig. btw both of those diminish the quality of the vid by a lot.

Rocket has said he doesnt want to tell players how to play the game, so making content that can only be completed with others players is telling how you have to play the game.

Im pretty sure at PAX he stated that if you perform certain actions such as repairing cars you will become better at it essentially making you a mechanic.

Hey what do you guys think would be the best way of connecting my computer to the internet wirelessly as I do not want a cable running across the floor in my house. I have looked at usb adaptors, ethernet/usb adaptors, and pci adaptors. I think the pci adaptors would provide the best connection but I am not sure, does anybody have any suggestions? links to any possible solutions would be appreciated. I have the asus m5a97 mobo if that helps

From all I have heard it only protects you from your environment and is not any type of utility clothing that could help in combat, aid you in healing othet players, or anything else which is why I created this thread.

Well at night I am sure it must get cold in chernarus so that may be a time when they would be useful

Currently in dayz you already have like a easy access storage area which is where you put the mags for your primary weapon, pretty much you should have to find clothing that makes this available to you, like a hoodie could offer 3 slots of quick access storage and jeans could be 2 and so on
