Does this budget include a monitor and OS?

For dayz I think you would struggle with that CPU. If you could get a desktop I would reccomend building one, but if you really need a laptop for college you would probably need to get an Alienware for gaming.

That's a pretty solid build I would stick with it.

I guess you didn't read what his budget was? Two 760s add his CPU and everything else he is going to need= way over his $600 budget lol....

If you're looking to save some cash you could go with the Radeon 6970. You would save about $30 or so. Keep in mind with a GPU the first number is the series and the second number if it is 1-3 it's crap 4-6 decent 7-9 is what you would want for gaming.

if you can afford the 7870 And the 6300 I would stick with those. To be honest I think the 660 is a pretty basic card. On the CPU the fx 6300 is only a $15 difference with the 4130, and you are getting 6 cores. The 4130 is quad cored.

If I was you I would get the fx-6300 vishera. You can get it for $120 on newegg.

Would a fx-6300 vishera bottleneck with a gigabyte 7950 3gb Gpu? If so what would be a good CPU for it.
