Yep, same for me. ----------------- Playing on IL 2631 (or similar) found a cz550 at the barn by Mysta. Log off, come back but this time US 228 (or 231 that range, vigilant addiction) it asks me male or female and I start from scratch. Have weird glitch where zombies stopped moving, D/C go back to IL 2631 now I'm by Kamenka with my cz550. Go back to US 228 no cz550 and I'm in cherno where I had the zombie glitch. Server restarts while I'm in cherno, reconnect now I'm in Solnichny Some odd stuff going on there.

But you have plenty of time to play games...

Weaving in and out of buildings in a small town worked for me as well, don't run straight :P

Along with flares to distract the zed's smoke grenades work even better if you have any. Smoke has the added benefits of not making an enormous glow for bandits, and even draw zombies from a greater distance than flares.

Is fixed in a hopefully soon update along with de-aggroing if they lose sight of you for a long enough period of time however it's not released quite yet. There is an announcement about the pending 1.7.1 update above in te DayZ announcements section.

Have you ever heard of timezones? He is very likely in Eastern Time rather than Central but his host is merely in Central. And rebooting would gain himm nothing if it came back "immediately" then you could continue raiding as you were

Date/Time: 6/11/2012 late night not sure as to the time. Disconnected 6/12/2012 1-2am US Central time. Connected to find the issue What happened: Logged in to play some more and found that I was inside one of the rooms with a closed door and no escape. It was clear I should not have been in that room as I could see out through the walls that were not textured on this side. Where you were/What you were doing: On the roof of the Elektro school climbing the ladder to the highest part, when I lost internet at home and the "No messages received for XX seconds" appeared and I disconnected and closed the game. Internet is back and I go back to play, I spawn in the room next to the staircase on the first floor, I believe just below the ladder if I'm not mistaken.
