But that's just the point, Why can't it be fixed in such a way to remove the need for restarts. It seems it can be done, so looking for Info on other people opinions on IF it can be done, then would you, if you were the admin, want restarts, or let it run 24/7 and only restart after updates? The point is, server restarts seem to be an annoyance that we have all just accepted, but what if it didn't HAVE to be. Why should we accept it now (yes this is alpha and i understand it's need right this exact moment.)

I understand why it had to be done for the ArmA 2 mod, as ArmA wasn't designed to run that long for missions. But given that this is a StandAlone game, do we really need server restarts? With Gear/Zeds now respawning after a given time, can we remove the need to restart the server every 4 hours? It just sucks to be stuck in a gun fight and then suddenly ... red chain ... server restart. really? that just sucks. Opinions?

Best way in is the whole in the wall Just north of the storage containers. There are three Trucks there usually full of loot. If they are not full, empty it completely, walk away and then walk back. it refills. Anyway, you can run right up to the storage containers, get inside the wall and loot usually without ever getting. If you do get aggro, the gate there is small enough to hold with 1 person till the NPV's go away. Easy and quick loot.

SO I have see people "hoard" vehicles, and one thing I noticed, is the vehicles "move" from the spot parked. For instance. get a BUS and blow out it's tires. couple restarts later, is it still in the same spot? How can a vehicle with NO tires possibly move? Someone please explain? Is this only on slopes? or can it happen anywhere? does it happen to only vehicles without tires? I'd like to know.
