The object decay system has been set to a negative value and does not require any changes to the Hiveext.ini we have set it to where buildings will not disappear after 6 days, we have a page on our wiki to show you how to delete buildings that have been built and abandoned that you would like to get rid of at: http://dayz.st/w/Epoch_PBO_config_options_and_how_they_work. You can find everything for Epoch specific configs listed on that wiki page.

We have resolved the issues with the starting loadout as well as custom loadouts, we have also added the new features to Namalsk. You will need to revert your pbos to default to have the custom features as well as the loadout editing.

We are aware of this issue, and are hoping that PayPal will have this issue resolved within the next week. If it is unable to be resolved we will do everything we can to make sure nobody loses their server over a faulty issue caused by PayPal. I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing.

Once you order you will see mods on your control panel, you will just need to simply click on that and you will see overwatch in the drop down list.

All servers are now running the current version of Epoch, Sahrani, and Overwatch. Please remember to revert to default pbo's if you are running these maps/mods since the pbo's used before will no longer work.

Custom Buildings spread throughout the map a better playing style in the game. They're pretty rare since they do have good gear in them the ones near the coast are somewhat easy to find depending on where you look, the further north you go the harder they are to find due to the better loot placed in them. About midway up we stop with just single tents and do bases from there.

I wouldn't ban someone for having a bad playing experience, I understand why you was frustrated and wanted to say something and I don't blame you for that.

I have already had a long discussion about not locking the server during the testing, holo has been dealt with because of the actions he was taking. I know you didn't ask to take part in it, the actions that had been taken last night was uncalled for from deputy and I've already talked to him about it. But as for tipping off the hacker the minute we do they are gonna do everything in their part to ruin everything on the server as in nuking and killing every player at once, there's a lot we have to do to keep it silent if there is a hacker just so those actions won't occur. You're not wasting an explanation either I take the time to hear everyone's opinion in the server and I know how you feel about what was going on, I didn't expect that he would do it with a huge population. I told him from now on that the server will be locked and only people who want to take part will be included, there will be a downtime posted so others know about what's going on.

The reasoning behind the actions of Deputy Friendly is because I had told him to test out all the features of our new security measures, we was figuring out if it would actually kick players for being teleported, what weapons would show up in our hack logs when players picked them up, everything that was done was all for security measures of the server only. Any players given god mode was for pure testing experience after the tests had been done we restored everyone that decided to take part in the testing to the original state they were at before the tests began. I had been informed that you had left the server because of those actions and we had not had the time to inform you of everything that was taken place. What was not told to you during the time of the testing was that we had been tracking a suspected hacker that was following others around and had actually came after you, at that time we gave you god mode so the hacker couldn't kill you, but we could not inform you of that because it would've tipped off the hacker. I do apologize for your playing experience last night but once again it was for testing purposes only. We do put in a lot of hours into keeping the server up to date and giving everyone an enjoyable playing experience and do not expect a thing out of it, we want everyone to have that experience just as we do, anything that Deputy or myself does is for testing purposes only to make sure that everything is being taken care of. Once again I do offer a sincere apology rather you choose to accept it or not.

We are now closing whitelist applications thank you to all of our players that have applied.

We no longer have a.i. due to the amount of server lag they were causing.

We have removed the AS50 and M107 from our server as well as implemented custom building/heli crash loot spawns. More custom buildings have been added and others have been taken out. A.I. are no longer in due to them causing server lag.

For anyone that signs up on our forums, if you post your birthday we are now allowing you to choose a full custom loadout of your choice when that day arrives :D

Journal Log #51 6 A.M., waking up after another cold and bitter night in what they now call Chernarus, I stumble out of my tent and greet the morning dew and the infamous eerie feeling of this post apocalyptic world that has left many in a disarray. After collecting some wood I go ahead and make my morning fire and warm up enough to go on my morning hunt, weapon of choice the CZ 550, I make my way to the deer stand and set up. 7:45 A.M., about 500 meters in the distance a lone boar roams into the field and starts to graze. I start to feel some pity for what I’m about to do to this innocent creature, but in this world food is hard to come by. After the infection hit mass panic ensued and people raided the stores taking every bit of food and drink there was, it was horrendous watching what monsters these people had become trying to avoid the actual monsters out there. In the weeks and months to come everything became more of a nightmare, I had been lucky enough to escape into the forests in the far North, living off of only boiled water and game that I had hunted. As I line up my crosshairs to take the shot that will end this creatures life, it stops and raises it head looking to the east of me and runs off into the woods. The forest had went silent and I could hear the distinct sound of an ATV engine sputtering in the background coming closer to me…. 8:15 A.M., jumping down from my stand as quickly as possible I run and hide in some bushes with an overview of everything. The ATV seems to be getting closer and closer until I see it in the distance, it comes to an abrupt stop and the driver kills the engine. I’m left with a thousand thoughts in my head. Did he see me? If he did is he going to be friendly? Should I take the chance or kill him?. He jumps off his ATV and starts looking around in the woods, he starts to come closer to me but I know he can’t see me yet, camouflaged in a full ghillie suit only the most trained individual could see me. He turns back around and gets on his ATV and heads off into the distance. 8:35 A.M., after what seemed like an eternity the noise of his ATV disappears into the background. At this point my adrenaline is rushing and I have a cringing pit in my stomach wanting food. I know there isn’t going to be any animals around now so I make the decision to head into a secluded town to look for food…. ~ AVendettaForYou 8/10/2056

Journal Log #52 9:30 A.M., posted up 300 meters out from Gvozdno overlooking the secluded town. All I see is burned out buildings, wreckage, and the occasional zombie. Such a horrid nightmare now, how did our world come to this...it was just a year ago that children were playing, families were spending time together, everything was so peaceful, what anyone would give just to have that time back... 9:40 A.M., scouting the area I decide to make my way around the tree line and slowly sneak into town, M9SD in hand just in case things go sour. After crawling under a few fences I ease my way into a residential house, I hear the floor creak in the next room, my heart drops and I cease all movement, then I hear the eerie moaning and gargles of a zombie. I peek around the corner and see it just standing there looking out the window...could it possibly have a bit of humanity left in it, do any of them have a slither of it left somewhere deep inside? No, I know they don't, I watched as my own brother slaughtered my wife hoping....but it was too late...I line up my pistol and pull the trigger, a muffled shot followed by the zombie collapsing to the ground. 10:00 A.M., finally after spending 20 minutes in the town I made a stealthy exit with some canned sardines and baked beans, now to head back to camp. 10:30 A.M., after heading towards my camp, I smell the distinct scent of a fire in the distance and start to see smoke slowly moving through the air and ground...my heart drops as I notice my camp is set ablaze...in a split second decision I run failing to notice I had already been spotted. Is this the same guy I had encountered earlier today?..No time to think about that, a bullet whiffs by me, cracking and splintering the tree, I set off in a dead sprint trying to duck and weave behind each tree, I know where I'm going and have planned this out a thousand times before in my head... 11:55 A.M., laying down on the cold hard ground behind the Pobeda Dam, I take the time to catch my breath.
