DayZ is your story. I don't like any of these ideas at all. The DayZ story is meant to be player driven, not game driven.

It would only be realistic if this was at the beginning of the apocalypse where people wouldn't have moved yet.

Because they're infected... Right? They're sick. Have you tried running while you were sick? It's hot as hell, and you're tired before you start.

I haven't met any hackers yet, but I know there are some as I've seen videos with hackers.

So what was this about?

Bah. It would be easy to go around all of that. If one of the rules were "no copyrighted items in-game" there would be no problem.

The log-out timer is a good idea. Your idea will be abused by some to see if there are anyone in their vicinity.

I too like the way I think. You wouldn't want to see the inside of my head :P

That's the point of it. To make it inconvenient for the server hoppers...

If they implement this I will kill you as a freshspawn in-game.

I run it on a laptop too... It did cost me 2000 USD, but now I can run every single game you throw at me.

I agree on everything but the low blood level thing. It's a part of DayZ, and it makes it more tense for the viewer during a firefight.

There is a patch ready as far as I know. They just need to release it. I can't remember what their solution is, so you'll have to search for it yourself.

I've heard that it is impossible due to engine restrictions.

They were also going to add Utes, an island north of Chernarus, but I think they ditched it again because it would be too much work.
