The pistols in DayZ use magazines, not clips. I always carry around at least 3 mags, unless I can find 2 60-round mags.

Oh my god! Yes, you can survive for several weeks without food, but after a couple of days you would start getting some serious side effects. Shaking, shock and many others. This still doesn't mean it has to be in the game. If it was in the game no one would look for food. People would find a gun and start killing eachother. -

People will always hack, no matter how much content is in the game. They apparently think that god mode > everything. -
This will most likely never happen. They'll have to make a new map to make it work.

I've seen no cheating or hacking so far in my 25 hours of playing. Some people exaggerate quite a lot, saying there are lots of hackers everywhere. I haven't seen one yet.
