It did at one point, but I'm actually not sure if it still does. When it did, you could just change your name back to whatever it was before to get your old character back.

I voted both yes and no. I really don't care if it'll be implemented or not. If they implement it, I'll use it. If not, I don't care.

This game is in Alpha. More guns will be added later. It is stated several times when buying and starting up the game that this game is not fully developed. -

I've always heard the VOIP range is 20-25 meters.

This. In game it is a bit harder to hear where the voice is coming from, but I've never had any trouble with it.
