I ran into 2 players in elektro on exp, neither tried to kill me. Both were pleasant encounters. It does happen... Rarely. -

Searched for this but could not find solution. I try to connect to .59 exp servers, i get "bad version server rejected connection". This is my first time trying to connect to exp servers. any help appreciated. i'm not very computer savvy so any suggestions should be at about a 4th grade level :). thanks.

I was on a hill looking into electro with binoculars, all of a sudden I'm shot in the back. Didn't have a weapon in my hands, no warning. I wasn't using my headphones, using speakers so didn't even hear the guy. If he would have just said "hands up" or something I would have complied, given him my stuff, no worries. I avoid people simply because almost every one I come across tries to kill me ( most have succeeded). I try to be fair, I have never kos'd. Oh well, gearing back up is fun. -

I've got almost 100 hrs in so far. Probably 75% of the people I've met have tried to kill me, most have succeeded. I've killed 2 people, both in the same fight. I was in a police station, a guy walks in, I say "hey, i see you, hows it goin?" He turns and opens up, then his 2 friends come in. So that was that. I mostly keep to myself, avoid people. I may start interacting more. I don't want to kos. We'll see.

I've been finding just random loot as well. In the past week or so, I've found alot of mp-5's and makarov's. Ammo has been spotty. Alot of clothing. Food and drink has been hit or miss. An occasional mosin or izh. But not many vests. Oh well, I enjoy the challenge. Thanks for your work. -
i figured no kos servers were just a myth, like bigfoot and female orgasms.

Seriously, are there any truly no kos servers? I was on a server last week that was advertised on the server list as "friendly, no kos." I got kos'd. some days i like all the pvp stuff, some days i just would like to run around and have friendly interactions without worrying that everybody on the server wants to kill me.
