Had a interesting rubber banding incident. I logged in at Nizhnoye, made my way to Dubrovka. Had been playing about an hour and a half or so. I had just exited a house and began rubber banding back into the house, then back outside maybe 20 or 30 meters from the house. This happened 3 times. The 4th time I rubber banded out of the house I was back to where I logged in at Nizhnoye. I thought to myself, " Hmm, now there is something you don't see everyday." Just as I was about to say a bad word, I was back outside the house at Dubrovka. The rest of the play went fine after that. Never had that happen before, and has not happened since. This was about a week ago. Anyone else ever rubber banded ( i guess that is what this is considered ) several miles?

Finally got to play some yesterday evening. Got into a server on the first try, 59/60, one of the US southcentral. Spawned in Berezino, decided to head to the apts. They have been fps killers for me, in the low teens. I ran all around, through, between them and was pretty consistently in the 40' and 50's. All through Berezino I was pretty steady in the 50's. Still testing different combo's of video settings. No real big hiccups. Even after the server restarted I was able to get into a 57/60 server on the first try, another US southcentral I think. I should really pay attention to what server I'm on. Saw several zombies. Still able to hit through walls. Fairly decent amounts of loot. Definitely seems less than .59 though, which I'm glad to see. Hopefully more tonight. Cheers.

Same thing with me twice. Once in a apt bldg in Novo., just fell over dead. Upper floor not near a window. Unlikely I got sniped. Second time coming out of a house above Cherno. Didn't hear anything. Of course doesn't mean I wasn't kos'd.

We already know kos works. If that's all you want to do, go back to 0.59. Let the rest of us give 0.60 the testing it needs to move to stable.

Not sure if this has been talked about...invisible zombies, maybe. I killed a zombie in Cherno, was standing next to the body, and started getting hit by...NOTHING! There were zombie sounds, but no zombie. It even chased me. I would run a ways, stop, start getting hit again. And they still come through closed doors. I'm just glad they are back. Was on a Gameservers public server.

How do you like the newui? I haven't tried it yet. Did you notice any fps boost? Cheers.

Yep, happened to me, plunged to my death.

Played about 3 hrs this morning. Died twice. desynced off a roof, be careful on the ladders on TEC bldg. 2d time KoS'd at a well in Berezino. (kos on exp server, really. whats the point? i'll never understand it). Got the 'client not responding' kick twice, i just attribute that to my crappy internet and my kids on their i-pads. Cherno still full of zombies. Picked up a shotgun, couldn't get it out of my hands. On the inventory screen it was on my back, but it was still in my hands on the play screen. I'll see if those are fixed when I play later, playing on same server so don't know if it is server specific problem. (east 0-1) Will make my way to Balota, Komarovo, and Kamenka to check out the zombie situation. All in all, game is running pretty good for me. A bit laggy here and there, expect that though. Glad to see you back. I love your videos. There is no rage like Ding rage.

Just played for about 45 mins in Cherno. Saw 6 zombies, seemed a little harder to kill, think it was due to desync issues. Me and another player tried to blow up a gas station with flash bangs, no luck. Also a nearby zombie didn't even react, we threw 3. Will continue to test on.

I ran into 2 players in elektro on exp, neither tried to kill me. Both were pleasant encounters. It does happen... Rarely.
