Its a defo were going to have some animals in standalone, in a interview i think rocket talked about hunting and adding clever ai for animals to run away from players and be more of a challenge to hunt them. But predators or aggressive animals he hasn't talked about for standalone would be stupid not to add them but most likely he will. Definitely agree with this idea i think the tools should be there and let the player use them. Also i think you should be able to make a guile suit for you and your weapon or even car lol.

Well if people wanted exotic animals in cherno like tigers etc i guess the dev could build a run down zoo on the map and have a back story of people dieing to the infection and as a result animals thrived. And also a mad man released them all lol

Well if dayz makes the bears realistic wich i think they should, it wouldn't be easier to shoot unless u had a immensely powerful gun there hide and bones are too thick for most calibers for any real harm. Running would be no option they can run as fast as a race horse lol. So bear spray would be a good bear deterrent it would snap the bear out of kill mode and retreat most likely. So bear spray would be very handy indeed to other wildlife humans and even infected perhaps.

I do agree and find the weapons lacking in power especially in hand guns and shotguns. The worst case being a 12ga slug wich ive heard people use for killing bears in 1 shot lol. I believe the 12ga slug is still a 2 hit kill on a zombie at close range in dayz. They need to make the bullets more realstic in damege and affect like high caliber rifles like an as50 should collateral damege through players and zombies due to it being a 1 hit kill and a huge round. Shotguns need to be force not to be reckoned with at 100 yards tops as they are in real life and dayz haveing such a huge map. Stuff like the cross bow should be really placement of the shot if you hit a guy in the chest up he aint breathing so hes dead in a matter of seconds.
