Often when someone is careful to answer something, it means they have reasons to do so (unless they're irrational). And I'm afraid that you're a rational person. iow, the performance hasn't changed much from Arma 2. I am detecting a fair bit of anger, arrogance and irritation in your post.

I'm not sure whether that's supposed to be some really dumb joke. Fps in this case obviously refers to frames per second, hence the addition of the word performance in the sentence. How often do you hear people talking about first person shooter performance? Don't answer that question.
