First vehicle? Its going to be the bike. Already officially stated. But, with that said. I want that effing motorcycle right now.. like right now. I would climb mountains with it and conquer the Americas.. or reconquer them. Whatever.

Not from Solnichniy if you count his described round trip vs. my single trip.. trust me. I have well over 1,000 hours playing this map, Chernarus. The OP trip would be around 25km, and my route is under 20km. If you include making it back to Sol. then my route is approx. 32km and he would be fully geared so that extra 30-60 mins would be worth it I would presume

BOTH!? Truth be told.. people have done far worse than what is done in DayZ, and do so on a regular basis. There is really nothing new to be gained from the social aspect of DayZ as far as killing goes. Peoples willingness to help each other for no reason and players who get so immersed in the game as to feel guilt from killing others.. That is your social experiment. How people seem to inherently want to do good within a game that offers them no reason to do it other than on their own volition. There is real honor in that. I honestly feel good for these people and bad as well. As the innocence that comes with that, offers no recourse for when you meet players like me who discern real life from this game in every way other than adrenaline, and therefore have zero morals while playing it.

While I want that.. 1 possible issue. Arse hats will throw loot out of windows. If it is close enough, loot may not respawn. But thats a maybe. What I want is for items to make appropriate noise when thrown.. tin can sounds. Environment makes noise.. like metal sheds, brick walls, dirt, water, etc. I want to throw rocks into a pond near someone and make them think something is in the water.. or toss a can of food to distract a zombie away. <-- (this worked in the mod to an extent), etc..

I dont know what yes means.. but They were updated for loot respawn testing, then taken down. Hicks responded that they will go back up once they are updated, and no other info was given. Have been down since Thursday I believe..

Go West to the NWAF.. then head South looting all the military bases and Zelenogorsk before you hit Balota. You are now done looting and fully geared. Find something to do. :)

Great idea whether set up or not.. Id imagine though that 9/10 you would just get head shot in the dark walking around playing that music.

I think the solution may be (if possible) to make grass a completely separate setting. Adjustable so those with low end PC's are ok and those that can crank it up will just have to understand the disadvantage of having the game look good. Its always been this way as it is now (bugged basically), and I dont see them fixing the rendering soon, but Im confident that they may figure it out eventually. And if they dont, the above mentioned may be obtainable as a back-up.

All I have is a quiver and I really want to shoot something with them.. So far no luck though.

Deleting .pbo files is not technically hacking as far as I have been edumicated?.. ..and that is exactly what he did. There were no bushes or trees for him so he could see you moving everywhere and could shoot right through what you thought was cover. Im not defending his actions what so ever, but just so you know.. hacking is technically more than just a simple removal of a file. Unfortunately BIS did not think of this issue, even though its a legacy problem, until recently. Supposedly its fixed in the next iteration.

I just showed my noob buddy yesterday how to enter the NWAF "properly" using the NW "tip" (corner) as the example.. :) I hate to say it publicly, but its the one route that offers you clear cover and line of sight while entering the Airfield.
