It will replace the old sidetext/chat system that was global in the DayZ mod.. and I cannot wait for it. Going to be amazing to sit there talking to people asking what its like at NEAF and where a heli crash was spotted, snipers, etc.. I cannot wait. Finally people can call out for medical help, and ambush each other.. so good.

Since you were a Mountain man, how about you start up a Chernarus Fish and Game Department. You could hand out hunting licenses (paper notes) for a small fee. Your main job of course would be limiting poachers and those taking excessive kills.

He asked for simplistic, not thorough. I could have easily described textures and rendering also. But he wanted a more simplistic explanation for the fact that they are remaking the entire rendering process, well.. I mean how do you simplify that? Oh, I figured it out. Alpha, things are changing so disregard any and all concerns of current issues regarding in game bugs.

In reality, only about 15% at the most would not have magazines with them. Most would have mags, and maybe a few rounds left.. or none at all. -
you mean more simplistic than they are completely remaking the game renderer? I wouldnt know how to do that. :|

There is one place to look that most overlook.. car trunks and truck beds. Also, just head west away from the population and loot towns that have not been looted already and you will find one. :) Good luck!

Got 15 FPS increase with new Nvidia driver that was released today

Utter Shite. ;) Before I got between 40-60 fps (average of 45 tops), and it varied. Now it seems to be stable around 55 and peaking around 80fps. Core 2 Quad 3.0ghz Q9650 GTX550 ti 8gb RAM 128gb SSD (very side, sidenote: I can run watchdogs on near max settings and get 45fps the entire time.. never below.) -

It was a silly placeholder that the mod never had and the SA never should have had imo. Good Riddance. I get it helped maybe the occasional c-logger but mostly it got innocent people killed.- 202 replies

Just confirmed. Marked increase for me as well. Spikes of 69-80+ fps and average of about 55fps now for me. -
