I love how even on low pop servers, if you're in the right areas you will still run into one of the few other players on the server.. I was playing with Vex Vehix and ManintheWall last night, and on my way to meet up with them at Bashnye, just north of the NWAF, I ran into another player.. there was confusion on if it was my friends or not, so he ended up living to loot another day (lucky him too, I had my 60rd. 5.56 mag aiming right at him twice, and all he had out was his FNX in hand). There must have been about 4 other players on the server at the time, and Bashnye is just not a common place to run into people.. but he probably heard my footsteps, and I was stalking him for a moment before I realized that the chances of shooting my friends on accident were high, and his pursuit was not worth it.. Either way, lonewolf of grouped up, this game is just great.. but if you have never played with a few others that are like minded, you're missing out on the full experience. There is just nothing like running the NWAF with a few friends, feeling like you own the place, knowing you could die at any moment.. priceless ;)

I prefer lonewolf survival. But I enjoy the company of friends also, because lets be honest.. you almost never laugh in DayZ when you are alone. But you almost always laugh when with friends. The part I hate about rolling with friends is its just so damn hard sometimes to tell who is who, and the threat of shooting your friends/vice versa is very real. Last night, I had a guy in my sights.. dead to rights. But I didnt want to shoot ManintheWall or VexVehix, who I was meeting up with in Bashnye right at that very moment. That player got so damn lucky things happened the way they did.. he was 0.2 seconds away from a flurry of 5.56 rounds, and the only thing that saved him was timing.

The other day my regular stable character spawned into hardcore.. I hadnt seen it in a while, so it was quite a surprise. The problem is I had to run to Devils Castle twice because I thought, well I guess this is my hardcore character now and made the trek. Next spawn in to hardcore and Im my old hardcore character, in the same old spot, not at Devils.. Even later I spawned into regular, and my character is at Devils.. lol.

The shittiness is just a placeholder for the final shit that is to come. ;)

Im pretty sure I caught a very lewd act happening to one poor unwilling participant at one point there.. The poor fellow was left naked and wandering around camp the rest of the night

People have reported this bug and Hicks responded that it is a new bug affecting the hive.. and they are looking into it. The Vybor, naked healthy spawn is real.. not a hack or anything else. Its also a bug. Probably some leftover from dev testing or something like that..

As soon as it becomes a viable option I am certainly going to start hunting players with a bow and arrow.. That will become my thing for a while.. crafting all supplies that I can and hunting for food off of well geared players.. give their loot away to freshies.

Track Pants.. I feel so damn cumfy in them it hurts. Sometimes I just have to stand in the middle of town and pose to let others know how good I feel.. My favorite fresh spawn look for spring/summer is always the track pants/raincoat combo!

So do you know how to spot server hoppers even when looking at the server list? Do you despise hoppers? Ok, then keep reading.. ;) If you see a server that looks like it has a hopper or are on a server that has a hopper join do this: Go to name change on main title screen. Change your player name to: IHuntHoppers, HoppersMustDie, HopperKiller, etc.. Join game. Now sit back and profit as the hoppers leave the game once they see you on the player list.. LOL :D (I did this last night to much success.. like 5 times. Within minutes the server hoppers leave the game, ROFL! Now if players stay in game, and never leave while you're there you can assume either 1: they dont care or 2: they are sitting in a bush, or at the top of the stairs, somewhere paranoid out of their minds) You can also take this to a REAL extent and while in game be camping a highly hopped location like Balota, or NWAF.
