Either mode is exactly the same to me.. literally the same. I dont notice any difference other than what backpack I carry on me in hardcore.

Last night it seemed to be on 2 hour restarts and was always dark.. is this intentional Barnabus? BTW, I love playing on your server man.. you will see our clan [FOG] on there a lot :)

Socom is the only other multiplayer game that I have got that adrenaline rush feel from that I get in DayZ.. If you did not play the game, it had a standard game mode that essentially could leave you as the last player on your team alive.. with all of your teammates watching play on their death screens. You could end up the last player alive, the only hope for your team, against at times an entire team.. and you always knew everyone on your team was watching you. Rooting you on, laughing and groaning when you got it wrong.. and sometimes, every now and then, you would actually win the match and the cheers you would be greeted with were always the best reward. DayZ has that "feeling" just playing alone at times.. its an amazing game. When you play in groups, its inexplainable. Words cannot describe how good it is.

Yeah Sweetfx Manin.. but you will sometimes get a small performance hit. It will make the game look amazing though with the right settings.

Im with Rick on this one.. DayZ has not taught me a single thing. But than again, I am an adult and have lived a full life. For those that may be young I could see DayZ opening up your World.. ;)

No dupes, cheats, or hacks.. just long life and being alive since around March on the player. Well, Im getting bored. I was hoping to have given my gear away already during the large DayZ forum meet and greet that happened this last Sunday but it did not work out.. So I have a challenge for new players.. this is for new players only please. Rules: 1. Play on hardcore stable servers and get yourself to Devils Castle. 2. Climb the stairs to the very top of the tower offering you a nice view of mid-northern Chernarus.. then PM me here on the forum.. add me as a friend, or message here. 3. You must add me on steam first, before I meet you and I will PM you my steam account name through the forum here once I know you are ready to meet. 4. We meet up and I will give you every single piece of loot I have on my player in exchange for your pants and tshirt/flashlight new spawn gear. My goal is to get a fresh start on looting, while giving some lucky new player a full set of gear for simply finding his way to Devils Castle. First come first serve!
