yes. I get outright pissed off when people act ignorant, sling accusations around that have no basis, and generally act like asshats simply because they sit behind the anonymity of internet. See, I have convictions. Cheating in DayZ is a strong one. If I accused you of being a racist, or worse.. wouldnt you get pissed off too? Now why in the hell would I only clone an M4? with no extra coupled mags? Have you ever even seen what dupers do? Their entire clan will have the same set up, they will have 6 coupled mags and 6 pristine protector cases that all the shit is in.. Now why would I have such random gear, no clones of anything in my gear, and still be anywhere near the area of a duper or character cloner? ..oh thats right, logic doesn't come into play with accusations like this. Nevermind.

Congrats.. someone else realizes this game is a respawn shooter. I hope more start to get it like you. Now go forth and die, rinse, repeat and have fun in DayZ. :)

OP, do this. Get a weapon with bullets, and waste them all on Zeds.. just blast away from close range to long. Anything, everything. Dont care about dying.. just look for weapons with ammo, and start to shoot until its gone or no targets are left. Rinse and repeat until it sets in for you that this game is actually a respawn shooter. Just a really, really tedious and methodical one. ;)

The sawnoff is my doorbell.. I use it to greet guests or to say hello to neighbors who may be too afraid to come out and say hi. So far, its been an insane tool to have in my pack/arsenal. Basically if you are coming in, or holed up inside all I have to do is rush you with my shotgun and it never ends well lately for the other guy.

That thought process will keep you from not missing the point. But good luck anyhow :)

Gear up fully, and then kill yourself.. do this until that fear subsides. Trust me, the game gets much more entertaining once that fear starts to subside a little. But some of it remaining is always a healthy thing. Essentially, deep down, this game is a respawn shooter.. I know, go ahead and crucify me but its true. With persistence and everything else, death is fairly meaningless in this game. Its really only a minor nuisance. Once you realize that, the game opens up and the fun begins. ;)

I can tell you from real life experience and from my years of video gaming that its only in arcade shooters that you are able to sprint at someone with a long rifle and spray all of your ammo at them whilst coming out victorious. In DayZ that is the most guaranteed way of dying a foolish death. While you are sprinting and hip firing that SKS, each round is just wildly being flung down range and that little white dot.. well you can forget about that dot being the place where your bullets hit. Think more of a 6 ft circle around it instead. Missing 10 hip-shots from 30 feet away at a full sprint with an SKS is not only accurate, its realistic. Next time you take that bad boy to the range IRL.. try running full sprint for about 30-60 seconds, run up to that rifle and try to pick it up and fire 10 rounds as fast as you possibly can at a target 30 feet away. Show me a spread of less than 3 feet and Ill eat my words and call you my master here on the forum. Of course Ill need video proof. Not photo. ;)

So its cowardice to snipe someone from 600m away? You know, thats not an easy shot regardless of what you have and who you are.. but someone 5m away, when you have ANY weapon is quite an easy shot. At least that sniper took the shot. Most just never shoot, or run the other way.. or well, log out. Now you want to discuss cowardice lets talk about that. Have you ever logged out, ran away, or tucked your tail in fear when confronted with aggressors, or when out numbered? If so.. coward. Why? Because its a video game.. why run away?

Hype? Its a weapon that shoots bullets.. Every new weapon has "hype".. its dayz. People log into experimental, collecting loot for 10+ hours only to knowingly have it all deleted the next day in a patch. Its like people think the point of the game is to collect stuff.. shiny bright stuff. :|

Best spot I have found so far.. ..this game is just full of great places to visit.

Im sure your shooting them in the face coupled with this post has solved the problem for good. :|
