NO. But there are servers out there, that while not very effective currently, are PvE only. No PVP unless fired upon first. That is the only thing we need. Some PvE servers.. done.

What is your Dayz experience level as far as time goes?

Interesting that its roughly split into thirds.. those that have played forever, those that played the mods, and those that are new to Dayz, as of the SA release. Very interesting :) -
I wonder if there is a clean up script like there was in the mods?.. Because the way that worked, if you set something down at JUST THE RIGHT TIME you could have it disappear. Same with bodies, zeds, etc.. The script ran like every 30 mins or something, and if you caught it just right, anything that was player interacted and on the ground would be "cleaned" off of the server and gone for good. I dont remember it being a huge issue, so I dont think it was so written in stone as I described it.. I mean I always made it back to my gear if the server did not restart, so?

I mean... it could just be a flesh wound. Because a life threatening wound is only stopped by rags. You have to eat, and blood/saline.. wait it out, etc.. to actually heal from a life threatening gunshot in Dayz. But I totally get your point. Im just being a bit of an arse ;) -

Spot on analogy.. it is essentially a giant scavenger hunt right now. No real threats outside of pvp, and that is very thinned down vs. the mod. As far as what you can do, try experimental. The zeds are more of a threat as they spawn in, rather than 1-3 that you kill and then the place is silent. Also most of the other stuff has been confirmed as coming or not planned to be implemented. -
Did you actually go back and look at my posts in this thread before making that comment? Because my posts are either on topic or responding to others posts.. a dash of levity in there. My point is still valid, this thread was not meant to be about LMGs or COD.. it diverged slightly, and continued to diverge. So I was asking in my USMC way to get things back on track. Im sorry if by doing that you got upset to the point that you felt the need to personally call me out. Have a great St. Patricks Day, okay? :)

Killing players makes all the gear they carry go ruined?

I have not experienced this. My very last kill got lit up with my M4.. 3-4 shots in the neck/face. One final kill shot to the head while he was down. That last shot made his body turn from nice looking to all ruined. But the gear inside was fine. Only his head gear was ruined. :blink: -

I was wondering what people do for an "end game" in Dayz.. So I thought it would be nice to take a poll. What do you do once you're fully geared in Dayz? What would you like to see added asap to help with the end game of Dayz? ..discuss

..their TS channel is still live and most of us previous BMRF staff still use it daily :)

if you are basing that on the SA, then yes. But the mods showed that people were very capable of doing things properly.
