The place between Elektro and Cherno is best.. sit there and wait on a high pop server. People will come by constantly. Its where I go when I want to do funny stuff involving unsuspecting players. (Seriously, how do people not notice me until Im like 5ft away? lol)

Segways have been confirmed. The new team is like experts with them or something and will help polish them off.

1. It does not matter how others play the game, only how you do it. Stop caring, and your world will improve tremendously. 2. Sure, add matchmaking as an option. Nothing less or more. You click it, it joins you into a server with low ping acc. to your filter setting. 3. Stable populations are not that important. Full servers can always be found. 4. Dayz will be modded one day. Anything is possible.

Same here :) ..but recently I changed my setup to accommodate my work pc so now due to my hdmi and monitor the game is on 1360x768 and I get ridiculous FPS without too much noticed in loss of looks. I switch back to 1080p and its not that much better but the FPS is average at best then.

Grimey, I respect you I do. So please dont take my advice as trolling. But really, all you need to do is get better. Just spend a life or 2 only fighting Zombies. Shoot your gun, do all of that.. once you get more used to how they are now, they are just as easy and really do not stop PVP or any other thing you used to be able to do in game. Now with my advice said, I do agree with you that they are simply annoying now. They are not difficult, and they are just a bloody mess. But its early. We all know its an alpha, and things will change. If a little Zombie practice time does not get you back into the game, just go play something else for bit like you already said. Nothing wrong with that :)

Wrong. Well, sort of ;) If night cycles were in right now, its a great light source. In fact on experimental I was working on getting about 4-5 of them on my character and I was going to light up Elektro with them ;) And to the OP, yes they are all over if you look in the right places. They are mostly in industrial spawn locations in my experience

Ive killed many players at the NWAF and the mil base just south of it.. but the ONLY way I have found it to not just end with me sitting there watching the sun cross the sky is: Must be a fresh server restart, and I mean fresh.. empty. Join those servers, and watch it fill up quickly to 5-8 players. If not, find a new server to hunt in. These are the servers that hoppers look for, and they tend to go to those areas. You have to move around, because some will only loot within a building and then relog somewhere else to rinse and repeat I suppose. Its really best when you catch them in the building, pants down.. head shot him after saying, "Hey, did you think this would be safe to do?" in sidechat. ;)

He is new to the team, and I agree a great addition (zero arse kissing here, just my opinion). Also I do not believe that pay is involved. Its usually a labor of love to be a forum mod. :)

I've long thought that the rain is ONLY there to give snipers a reason to think twice about staying put for too long. If this is how it is, it sort of confirms it :)

Ok its definitely either the Defib.. shocking unsuspecting bandit snipers into a heart attack that they will die nor recover from for quite a while is just PRICELESS. Or the can opener. Because it turns out its super OP for headshots.. :P

There has been no patch or hotfix in the last 24 hours, and this was filmed yesterday. ..So I really do not think its the Zombies that is the issue. I got hit so many times while just messing around yesterday that I can say almost for certain that the chances of being killed or having your arm/leg broke with 1-3 hits is about 5-10%. Tops, if not less.

Hard to tell for certain if it was a bug or just user error on your part.. Ill elaborate: You could have been bleeding for quite a while, causing massive health and blood loss. So finally eating and drinking until full would have taken time to recover. (You are almost dead if your screen is greyed out. So you have to stay safe until color has returned, and eventually you see healing or healthy on your inventory screen). So once that Zed hit you, it was curtains. The other side of it is you may have been the victim of a bug that caused you to not heal in anyway. So when that Zed hit you, you were already almost dead due to the bug, and that single hit was all it took. :)
