About the whole cold thing as a feature... Sure survival is important yes... but in real life thats just not going to happen. I've gotten to stage two hypothermia in real life. I'm still here to tell the tale. I didn't need medical intervention, I just took care of myself. Being in the rain for five minutes isn't going to kill someone in the middle of the summer and if it did, then humanity would have gone extinct before we were even homosapians.

I know the topic of thermite has been brought up before, but people fail to remember that the military uses thermite grenades, so could possibly be found in military crash sites. Also while on the topic of thermite, its uses would probably be (for the grenade) the destruction of a cars engine, or a small barricade. If a person were to craft enough thermite from the environment (all things needed to make thermite can be found), it can be used to destroy much bigger barricades. Just a side note a sort of thermite can be made with sand substituting the iron oxide. Also a valid reason to not release the game in it's current state is you gotta know that some people that are screaming to release it NOW would be those same exact people who say it's total shit when it gets released. Almost reminds me of the Duke Nukem Forever release. People over hyped it and were disappointing with the release because they had over hyped it.

I'd be happy to wait for as long as needed, one of the reasons being I can't afford a game right now! lol
