it was rather rare in .57 i do say so myself but i have a few friends that have them on mp5's now. thats why i love the loot this update we get to see most of everything all the loot that is in the game seems to be spawning now which is awesome. and OP if you want to get rid of your fatty toon you should look into what your your aspect ratio is or cut down the carbs your toon eats lol

no vehicles shouldn't spawn with parts quit being lazy. and guns spawns are fine i think ,i haven't seen anyone with too much stuff most folks that have nice shit have worked for it an hunted for it so no they do not need to be rarer IMO. And if you want a realistic game they need to get on the medical system first the injuries and the way of healing said injuries needs to be a lot more difficult so before they make life easy by spawning in the parts in the truck lets make it where a rag and food and water do not heal bullet holes then talk about spawning truck parts in the truck.

there are a few guns that do pretty much one hit kill the winchester and the SVD hit someone in the leg or the arm or the chest equals certain death. I watched a friend kill a few folks with an iron sighted winchester with no more than 3 shots. So the danger is still there some what though i do know what you mean i got ambushed the other day they missed me being bad shots i got in a hidden place and waited one showed himself i hit him from less than 200m hit him twice with the AK-74 the son of a bitch got in the truck and took off after takin two rounds that i seen hit him in the chest no plate carrier i was like what the hell ok didn't know humans could handle super sonic rounds to the chest lol.

You know i was wondering the same thing we see stuff form the other teams a lot but nothing from the 2 teams that do animals or the zeds. would be nice to hear from those cats I do worry about our infected friends hopefully they enjoy there vacation and are ready to come back to work soon.

I see what your saying I too figure that they are gathering data on where we go what we loot and will adjust accordingly. As for zeds who knows honestly i don't care as crazy as it sounds it makes looting areas so much more tense since i don't have my zed alarms to tell me someone is nearby. But i figure they'll be back I would rather they just work on them till they are a lot better and try again, I would like to see the amount of players on a server raised first like to 70 or 75,maybe higher or lower it doesn't matter to me as long as its not so many it doesn't feel like the apocalypse but a riot.

I have noticed when i run into folks on the server i play on they seem more desperate. when i search there loot they have nearly no food or ammo just enough to get to the next house or town. I've been really lucky it seems they don't think, they want food and what i have so bad or want it so bad that they just think raise gun pull trigger before they think maybe he's not alone. I love it i hope to have more friendly encounters but the ones I've had the folks try and get close as not to miss or try and surprise me by hitting me in a CQC type of area. maybe its the server i'm on i don't know but i'm loving the style the sly stab you in the back approach i havn't had my hands shake like this in awhile. anyone else have interesting player stories or noticed a change in how folks are interacting with you or you interacting with them.

no has mentioned the third person camera change which i think is fantastic. persistence is on finally and loot seems alright i havn't had any issues its all down to how much your willing to look, for me at least. I hear and read complaints of issues with persistence but myself haven't really encountered many problems I've been on the same server though too so maybe i'm just lucky. there has been and will be lag every once and awhile but it goes away i think performance for me at least has increased others say different. I would try it if your wanting to see theres no heli's added or giant wallas you can build yet but i think the game finally feels like a survival game. I find myself actually doing food/water runs,I have to watch my ammo as i don't have a whole lot. I also find me and my friends scouting inot the unknown areas we don't travel and having a blast finding that village that no one has looted yet full of food and such then getting paranoid that some survivor might tread in and try and take it. things like that given I havn't switched servers so i only get what the hoppers leave me lol. no really its a good update just needs time and some love form the devs.

I've been everywhere as well had a few encounters in places i usually don't ever see anyone. Folks could be anywhere at anytime all you can do is be ready.

havn't seen any explosives yet so good luck finding one.

i would like to see some blood and maybe rotting corpses, but the real gore like you have in the screenshot OP i would like to be from players. Say someone guts a human for meat then it creates quite a mess in the area things like that. I can imagine walking into a house looking for something and finding the house used for butchering players. or walking through town you see players on the ground with there brains blowed out could kinda let you know you have a sniper on your hands and he might be decently skilled. i hope to one day see this kind of stuff to at least one degree or another though.

My dumb ass spent like 4 hours with a bunch of friends setting up a camp fixing a truck collecting things just to have it go POOF. Has anyone heard if they are planning on a fix soon because from what i gather persistence is off which for me ruins the entire update. So i had to update my friend who runs a private hive stated that for persitence to work on a server he had to manually reset it then it worked. I'm surprised and a little disappointed that this info wasn't readily available a lot of time has been wasted of course the admin of the server i play on was MIA all damn day so i'm changing servers.

I try not to hit P anymore it ruins the paranoia and adrenaline when you find the once full pop server is now 0 or like 2. Now i just try and play if there's folks on there's folks on if not i treat it as though they could still be there atleast that way you don't get soft.

the guys who do this stuff menaing guys who smoke freshies on the coast do it because they can't win against a fully geared player. they've probably gotten smoked to many times and are lazy and lame and instead want to shoot fish in a barrel and just grief some poor bastard. oh well such is life in cherno hence why if i'm on the coast i'm not on the damn tracks or any road.

or you could get a friend with bino's and actually try and be a sniper team have one guy watch the shots and the enemies movement the other the shooter sets up the kill box and focus's on doing the job. no need for a new mechanic to reload so you can see your shots get a friend and some bino's and hopefully sometime in the future rangefinders that work good and all is well.

I played on an RP server where they had some rules for TS they had one and it was treated like a radio If your friend wasn't around then you weren't supposed to use it even if your in the same channel in combat or in a player interaction you had to use VOIP. it was sort of an honor system and was wierd getting used to but I will say it made things alot more intense especially when i seen a person and i'm trying to tell my buddy through voip without alerting the unknown player that he's there. I noticed most folks would follow the rules most wouldn't be grimey was cool i heard a lot of crazy shit from players just from gander necking. server was chenarus RP.com should check it out they have a steam group good bunch of folks the admin also create characters that cause trouble in factions to spice things up on most RP server things can get stale where folks are too friendly sometimes.

to enter a base with walls it should be as simple as climbing over with a ladder, if needed possibly wire cutters if it had wire at the top or around it. One should not need explosives except if they want that level of destruction and want to be loud and in your face which should be an option. Big bases or villages colonies whatever you want to call them can still exist with a authentic approach to demolition and infiltration your real defense will be to have manpower to maintain the said base as well as building it and its security. To me if you want a massive base with shit loads of people then you need to work for it, you better get some guys from all over the world so you have shifts of guards round the clock, sounds crazy but i'm sure you would see it happen there's some large crews that play this. the lone wolves or smaller groups should think small and use common sense stealth is your number one concern and at the same time you would want to split your stuff up over an area and always plan ahead for losses. I'm talkin out of my ass probably but it should take a hell of a lot of effort and scavenging and team work to get a stereotypical base, most with the loot the way it is will have smaller camps, and this is an opinion and nothing is in yet so who knows I just hope its authentic i know its a game and it should be fun but we signed on for this to be as authentic as it can be or at least i did i was prepared to be shot in the face by a kid when i purchased lol.

hicks said everything will be destructible there is not going to be some magical barrier keeping out players. So yeah go ahead and buy another copy for nothing because a key isn't going to mean shit when you can just go through a wall or door so i think most folks wouldn't waste the cash for that. now mules who cares if someone wants to buy another copy because they are weak and attached to there gear so be it is what i say.
