man i wish they would do some stuff like that or something based off of lore. they say they want to leave it to players to create that kind of stuff but no one does they just shoot guns and are boring. maybe modding later down the road will add something of this nature i honestly would like to see missions or quests based off of lore like get this gas station working or get the power planet operational. etc just wait for modding.

hehehe i love robbing folks and i like to be robbed well not really but i love the player interaction. plus when doing a hold-up you never know whats gonna happen you can plan it a hundred times and either one of your crew becomes a fumbling fool or i fuck up some how or you get one of those cats you hold up with tony montana syndrome. hopefully more folks start holding up more on the server i play on it seems we are the only ones that do or atleast the ones i've heard about from the regulars.

i hide from folks all the time i don't understand the problem, stealth isn't that bad. and as for all the other issues others explained it better.^

What would be cool is if you had to fix the tracks with parts and tools, as well you would have to repair the train itself and the engine. there would be one train that could go from east to west on the northern line and one that would run the north to south coast. they could be disabled like any train by derailing etc so it should have some ability to defend itself. would add a lot of cool events for servers and players and would take a lot of folks working together or unknowingly working together.

mod habits die hard i guess. i love how they do all this work to make loot rare and d-bags have to exploit. should be considered cheating and result in a ban. especially if its affecting server performance meaning its affecting others gameplay and that again should equal a ban.

all i have to say is thank god for project zomboid. only damn survival game thats brutal right now and dayz will be tough but the pussies are gonna end up making it weak.

I personally can't wait to shoot down asshats flying this thing. everytime i find parts i'm gonna throw them in the ocean or some pond and shoot the heli at its spawn and just make it hell on the server i play on to get the damn thing so if your on my server goodluck with killing noobs on the coast.

but but humans are the real threat remember everyone is a meany and would just kill each other right? sounds like an interesting book and i for one am so tired of the narrative that humans for some reason go ape shit and everyone turns into a scumbag. thanks for the heads up OP i'll check it out. oh by the way you should check out project zomboid, its pretty neat it has seasons and the world itself is rough a friend of mine died once from an infection when he cut himself climbing through a window with broken glass still in it, when its winter or even fall some crops will not grow. its a fun game most folks are pretty friendly because the zeds and the world is so rough having another person to smash heads or a specialist like a doctor, really who would kill a doctor? and i don't see this as a KOS thread like an above poster stated i think OP is just pondering the fact that there could be a lot more danger like disease and such.

So the heli has me pumped but was anyone thinking to themselves how the hell will i bring that down. Will the SVD or will they give us another weapon possibly a LMG like a 240B or the MK48, or even a stinger missile system yes yes i know we all hate rocket launchers and such but really what were the players thinking when they seen it, I'm curious as to others ideas it has me pumped and i know they'll add something that will make it to where your not invulnerable in the skies i'm just curious as to what that would be surely the only way to take it down won't be to just shoot at the pilot i'm sure they have something in store but what? either way seems like some exciting stuff very excited for the winter of this year.

I used to kill myself just to start again my favorite part is gearing and that initial struggle. and i'm sure some do it for spawns but some of my friends as well just get bored and want to regear

we get updates frequent enough for my taste. zeds are being worked on they are out of the game pretty much now but should make a return soon i usually think of them on vacation at the beach. take a look at the status reports as well as the twitchcon vid from brian hicks, he talks about the next coming months and stuff shows heli and some other interesting things. I too have been down the same road crap survival games but dayz and project zomboid IMO are the way to go just gotta have some patience. goodluck feeding someone rotten stuff and hope you enjoy the game.

eh we'll see i'm not complaining or bitching i was just wondering gonna have to get on the mod find a heli and just shoot at it and see if it will go down with an AK and variants of other ifles we have currently and see i know it is different but just for my own experimentation i want to see what happens in the mod with a little bird vs an AK or M4.

did you play the mod or any arma game that usually wouldn't work with a lot of small arms sir you can't just shoot at them especially if they have side guns in the doors. you had to aim for the pilot with a DMR or something of that caliber, M-107 , even LMG you had to aim as well at the rotors or weak spots. I don't see the weapons we have now except the SVD being able to do shit to the heli so i figure unless you aim at the pilot which makes things immensely more difficult. again just shooting at it will not work then again what kind of armor would that little bird have i wonder hmmmm.

goodluck OP especially if your on a public hive. our server has hoppers non stop at all our mil areas. It does seem like loot is respawning quicker i was at a barrack with a few friends and we went a little ways and was just bullshitting for about ten minutes came back stuff had respawned i was surprised so your chances might have increased. again goodluck

eh different strokes different folks i usually wear the hunting stuff and try to go with earth tones. I've had countless folks just run by me and not even notice i was there, I think a lot of it is based on movement and what they are focused on if they are loot drunk you can walk right up to them and do whatever. situational awareness is your best friend camo only work IMO if you know how to use it not that do but i'm learning through experience and a ghillie used correctly would give an advantage IMO. and actually i havn't seen a ghillie in forever lol maybe they are there and i'm blind. folks i run into look like bums and this is in the north.

who is this we you speak of. i don't i'm sick of it i want zeds is what i really want. look as it is now its only PVP and its dull as shit right now IMO. and as for the mosin be like the white death and use iron sights or use the pso become a badass. second post i read today that want them to turn things back what the hell bring back NEAF for easy PVP put scope on mosin becuse well we said. . and just wait for modding i'm sure on of them will give you an anti material rifle with a vodnik that has a dshkm on it. and you can halo jump to NWAF with a spawned in M4A1 with a snail drum and ghillie. just wait let us enjoy vanilla while it exists.

no reminded me of a basic shooter respawn run less than 5 min back to NEAF get into fight again. got really boring really fast IMO. It had its time and place though we had what 3 guns at the time and everyone wore TTSKO stuff and i assume they got a lot of combat data. and as rick said under the hangers shot a lot of asshats that hid under there i remember if you got by the radio tower they would render in and the hanger wouldn't and you could snipe them. and folks say nothing has been done to this game shesh.

A lot of this i didn't know thx for posting. i can only imagine how much of a headache they went through without any documentation and new tools especially with us bitchy players always complaining and wanting more more more and now not later. I used to do tech support and they would throw me curve balls sometimes with new tools without proper documentation or new problems without any documents on a fix and we had to figure it out and share among one another to squash the problem it was no where near as stressful as his job but i understand it takes a person with nerves of steel to put up with that kind of shit, so i say thx dev team for putting up with it.

looks like the devs need to add in boxes of cheap wine, hopefully they add the purple lips after you smash an entire box.
