the way I see deans team is as this if you get 200 hundred people working on a project like this you have all those personalities there art style and there vision of the game. you also have a lot more bullshit to cut through to get anything done. with a smaller team means less egos and less bullshit they have to do to communicate with each other and share and actually implement ideas. another good example would be( sorry if your not a reznor fan but) imagine if trent reznor actually had a band his music would sound totally different but he does most of it solo and is in control of whats added and whats trashed. now look at tool now they have the 4 members 5 if you count alex grey but whatever they have the album finished the music atleast but one of the members wants to be a douche bag and be lazy so nothing happens(fuck maynard he's a douche yes I said it). I'm sure I lost anyone reading this but sometimes a large team is not the answer things stay more pure with a smaller team it just requires more patience from us and more time.

yep its just like the mod we all or well most of us know which buildings spawn what and we ignore the other buildings. I hope this changes at somepoint and every building spawns something even if its crap.

yes you can expect it with every death unless u run with a group and considering whether they get killed too they would guard your body till you could return. but when full game is complete I'm sure we will have tents or vehicles to store things which you can then horde or stockpile gear then you just regear there really quickly no the downside to that is if someone finds your stash then your back to square one. but yeah if you don't like looting or gearin up which is my favorite part of the game then your in for a long and painful journey goodluck.

so I got an update on march 10th and after that the game started crashing every so often and it got progressively worse with time. I rolled back to an earlier update on that was released in February and now everything seems fine played for an hour straight with no issues on stable. i'll keep testing it but it seems to be a good resolution. thank you to the cats that gave the information about the possible update problem thanks again

you die if your being attacked by zeds and your not healthy and the game crashes you die I know I've started havin this issue as well it loads I get into the game and bam a huge like lag spike then crash I did notice my hard drive squirmin too ususally not that noisy when I play. all my other games are fine. I noticed this after the NVidia update but I don't want to roll it back I don't think that's the issue.

i have had nothing but constant crashing since march 13 2014, at first it was every now and again no prob I can live with it but now it does it every time sometimes 10 minutes after I log in or on a low populated server it'll run like 20 minutes or sometimes longer. I am currently so damn pissed right now I could peel someones skin off with my teeth. I'm not attached to gear but when your game crashes but before that seems fine and damn zeds come and you get kicked. So I lost my toon and no one gets the loot I had I would've rather been tortured and murdered at least my stuff and hard work would not have gone to waste my gun would have moved on to kill other folks. I have a Nvidia card. I am not playing now till the update even though I have a crew that rely on me as do I rely on them. now I have to sit out and listen. I know its alpha but I have seen a shit ton of threads on this and I have seen no answers except we are looking into it I know you cats are busy shit whos not nowadays but shits getting real. so as of now my new home will be project zomboid. and I won't let the door hit me in the ass. much love to fellow survivors see you next stable patch(and I know about experimental..........i'll pass.

mine is simple I think wheres the hostile first he may have been shot then if I see no hostile or don't think he's been shot I loot him hide the body and move on.

like I've said in previous posts everyone exploits or cheats at this game I expect it being as how its setup with no balancing people who suck or are yuppies who can't stand to lose will do anything they can to win even if its cheating that's the way we do things now in society not all but most. I think this game does reflect a lot about people they can say all they want about its just a game I'm not an asshole in real life etc. but I'm talking I think this game brings out the inner animal that primal kill everything and the world is mine alpha male mentality. I mean I think if you could most toons would be walkin around with there dick hangin out and players would measure it if dean would add measuring tape. I know its all fun and games but when you look at the dark side of the player element in this game its really dark hell I myself dabble in the sickness that is murder and torture in this game. and I agree with the guy who posted about kids. why in the hell would anyone under the age of IMHO 18 be allowed to play this game. the stuff I tell players in this game would give someone nightmares let alone some of the real scum that roam chenarus its not he gameplay or getting shot that's the problem its the player banter. if I'm wrong I'm wrong. doesn't really matter just my point of view and I love all you sick fucks

I didn't know that there would be less loot on high pop servers is that why I always see nothing in exp servers and see cats commiting suicide and starving to death is that why? oh and is that why people wait until the servers reset then the server gets ganked of all the loot by server hoppers? this all news to me.

the one thing I hope they add but they won't that would be the ultimate sick thing to do to a survivor. ok so when vehicles get added you get 2 cars you attach the legs to one and the arms to another then you slowly drive in opposite directions. quartering the poor bastard then you can drive around with half of them dragging from your car. hows that for sick. now if you had four cars twice the pain.

a lot of the recipes are already there for a few things. powdered milk plus water bottle equals milk+cereal+bowl= bowl of cereal which would give you plenty of hydration and energy. if they add bread of some sort we could have tuna sandwiches, I hope they add a swiss army knife atleast then we can have some utensils I know its the apocalypse but eating with your hands my toon has more class than that pish posh LOL

last stable patch for me made things runnin more buggy as well. but when playin exp everything seemed a lot better especially in the guba area of the map in stable it runs like dog shit.

they actually do ban a lot of folks for hacking/scripting whatever the preferred term is for these cats. but the thing is all they have to do is start another steam account and for 30 dollars they are back in action again. until they make it to where you can only have one steam account(which is highly unlikely)then its going to keep going like the bunny with the drum. I don't know what else to say I know guys are getting banned in waves all the time but like I said its a revolving door. good luck sir hope they give you a break. by the way do you run in a clan with tags by any chance I was wondering if they hyacks tend to focus on those types of players clans/groups.

different strokes different folks. I guess its a survival game so do what you gotta do to fight hackers. I come across less hackers and more of the kind of stuff like wall glitching and invisible walls crap so my immediate response wasn't so nice. keep up the good fight and I guess good luck fightn those hackers/script kiddies.

I've had the same issue I've gotten a few of my friends to get the game I assumed they would love it as much as I do but sadly they didn't see the magic. I think most cats will move on when the next title comes out especially if its a big name. dayz it seems if for a certain breed of individual not sayin we are special just saying that this game isn't for everyone. me personally I've wanted the update boy have I so bored with .35 I could scream but then I login and get with some friends and its all good I forget about updates and just have fun. but I do see what you are sayin if I was lonewolfing then I might end up quitting because then its all about gear and the map at least to me. but when you got friends its a whole different ballgame.

your lookin through walls so your cheatin technically too. everyone cheats at this game or uses an exploit or something. I'm not big on hardcore, but I think if you really want to play with the least amount of cheating/exploits its the way to go. I do not feel bad that a hacker got you exploiter.
