As my sig says, it depends on my situation. If I walk up on some one and they have their gun pointed at my face from point blank range, I don't try any funny business. I try to appeal to diplomacy. It sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. One time while going up the stairs in Cherno's apartments, I looked up to see an AK barrel staring me in the face. While I had my M1014 pointed at the guy, I hurriedly type "FRIENDLY". Amazingly, the guy lowered his gun and saluted. We went our separate ways, neither of us hurt. However, the next time I encountered some one in Cherno's apartments, I was walking downstairs with a xbow and some guy with a makaroni was not as friendly. We both shot at the same time and killed each other :P

I can see where he's coming from. To get all of those things together (legitimately) takes a lot of teamwork and coordination. That being said, I think a wipe would be nice. Sometimes people forget how challenging the game is for the first few days after they've settled into a nice castle with their clan mates for a month.

Perhaps he didn't have a tent/place to store anything? I know in my month or so of playing this game, I have yet to find a tent at all.

Keep in mind that the disease wiped out most of the world's population. Given Chernarus's population, and the fact that the only survivors were the ones who were immune to disease, I think 50 per server is just about perfect.

Alpha is mostly about adding (and breaking) features. Fixing them is reserved for Beta. No sense in fixing one feature and then releasing another one later just to break the one you just fixed.

Yeah, don't buy it till you get a better comp. Arma II Free has reduced graphics, so regular Arma II will run even worse. Sorry man :(

OP has restored my faith in this community. Exactly how the game should be played. Having to worry about whether some distant horde will be booking it to your position if you decide to shoot that guy with your Lee Enfield will make you really wonder if those beans are truly worth it. This idea fixes the "OH NOEZ ITZ CHERNARUS DEATHMATCH W/ ZEDS HURR DURR" we keep seeing everyone whining about, because survival will almost require teamwork. But it's not being forced upon you. Hence why this is where the game should be heading. My problem with adding MOAR ZOMBIES!! to any significant degree has to do with realism. Chernarus is a small Second World country with no settlement with a population greater than 5000. Not only that, Chernarus has gone through a war portrayed in ARMA 2. Coupled with the fact that many zombies have been killed by survivors? Chernarus wouldn't have very many zombies. Zombies don't stop at pre-apocalyptic borders. Russia lies to the north of Chernarus, so you've probably got quite a few Russian zeds who migrated south.

1. Who told you this was a MMO? 2. It's not BS. It's the truth. You instantly know upon joining how people will treat you. Why play the game at all with those kinds of settings? The game will become pointless and mundane.

Life's hard isn't it? Some one needs to learn a little patience and grow the frack up.

Buildings are the great equalizer. Zombies are already as agile as energy drink fueled squirrels outside, and as Aryaa pointed out above, aiming near walls is glitched.
