Hello While I was watching a DayZ Mod video, I noticed that I really missed the old DayZ Soundtrack. My suggestion is to bring these soundtrack to the standalone version of DayZ. All Soundtrack are in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r68uZehZqN8

I would be for more easter eggs, like the payday mask. Why not adding some CS items? I thought something like this ;)

Rocket said, he won't make a DayZ 2, he'll support the first one to the max. Let's say he enable modding for the SA, then it will (like in Arma2) be supported for let's say 3-5 years. And after ten years, it will be forgotten like my favourite retro game TLoZ: Majoras's Mask or like Terrorviktor wrote, it will probably be unrealesed. In ten years Rocket still won't get his lambo!

Hello, sit down at the campfire my children and listen to my massacre story. There was a stream that I was watching and I decided to hunt the streamer and finally kill him/them. So I started Arma, spawned in Elektro and got my stuff there (AK-74, 2 mags, drinks and food). The streamer was heading to Elektro from Cherno, so I headed to Cherno so our ways have to cross cross. Then I met a random guy in the barn (later I noticed he was also watching the stream) he followed/stalked me with his melee (I think he tried to kill me) so after a running while I shot him in his legs, so he wasn't able anymore to kill or follow me, but he didn't give up and crawled to me. I said "don't move or I'll shoot at you", but he didn't stop he wanted to die because he shouted "kill me please!" but I won't kill him, so I moved to the next bush and some seconds after this the streamer arrived with his crew*.The melee guy shouted for help and attract the stream crew with this. I thought this was the best chance to shoot at all of them, so I shot and everyone but me died. *Here does the stream part start (1:40:00 - 1:43:00) http://www.twitch.tv/normaldifficulty/b/433514599 This was my story of the stream massacre (I didn't kill the melee guy on sight)

I'm pretty sure that the Standalone won't be a better experience than the mod now. Because CoD kids, you know ^^ DayZ won't be the same like it was earlier :( E: Edited the whole text

That's true, but the funny thing was that the random guy became a decoy. He tried to reveal my position but he only achieved that the crew got close together.

Sadly, I can't find any vanilla Server (with enough people) of my favourite mod Namalsk :(

You won't miss the release, you can't because there will be so much videos etc of it, and me driving a car and throwing out tons of DayZ SA flyers
